The other day, while I was making coffee in the kitchen, I accidentally hit my head on the cupboard door. This may be a bit careless, but it can also be seen as a message to “Expand your field of vision,” so today I thought about the idea of ​​narrowing your field of vision.

By the way, when your field of vision becomes narrow, various inconveniences and problems may occur. From a ki perspective, negative ki narrows your field of vision, and first of all, it makes it easy to overlook new opportunities and possibilities. This can cause us to miss out on various opportunities that appear in the form of positive energy support. Second, the ability to see things from different angles is reduced and creativity is limited, which can lead to a lack of problem-solving and new ideas. Third, prejudice and preconceptions become stronger, which can lead to misunderstandings about people and have a negative impact on relationships. Furthermore, clinging to one’s own limited perspective can increase stress and dissatisfaction, make it easier to miss opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills, and hinder one’s personal growth. Therefore, trying to broaden your field of vision is important in order to avoid negative energy and live a more fulfilling life.

By the way, what causes narrow vision? If you think about where there are opportunities for negative Ki influences to take advantage of you, the first thing that comes to mind is mental and physical stress and fatigue. Furthermore, if you repeat the same thing every day or rely only on a specific source of information and feel safe, negative energy can unknowingly prevent you from noticing new perspectives, or create fear and preconceptions about new things. I will.

Therefore, in your daily life, you should receive sufficient Shinkiko to make yourself less susceptible to negative Ki, but you should also be careful not to narrow your field of vision, and take steps to broaden it. It’s about not neglecting your efforts.

By the way, Murasaki Shikibu is the main character in this year’s NHK Taiga drama. I often saw the word “shining”. The energy of Shinkiko from the universe is like invisible light that permeates a person’s body and supports them to shine even more. The start of a new year is a great time to set new goals and develop yourself. Here are some points to help you improve yourself efficiently and bring out your best self.

The first step to growth is to deeply understand yourself. Think deeply about your strengths, weaknesses, things you enjoy and don’t like, things you care about, values, passions and pleasures, preferences, personality, etc. When you think about it from the perspective of Ki, there are things that are influenced by positive Ki and negative Ki, so understanding this will deepen your understanding. For example, if you look back on your daily emotions and reactions and feel angry about certain things, could that also be influenced by Ki? By thinking about this while receiving Shinkiko, you can understand the sufferings of related ancestors and deepen your self-awareness.

The best thing to do about yourself is to improve your positive aspects and reduce your negative aspects, but set specific goals for both and make a plan to achieve them. When you use specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound criteria, you are less susceptible to negative energy. For example, set goals such as “Start a new 〇〇 within 6 months” or “Focus on 〇〇 emotions, receive daily Shinkiko and sessions, and attend Retreat seminar in 〇 months.” and be as specific as possible. Make a plan.

Furthermore, daily habits are important in order to avoid the influence of negative energy and achieve your plans. For example, acquire positive habits that will help you reach your goals, such as receiving Shinkiko from 7am every morning or setting aside time to read.

Gaining new knowledge or making an effort to remember something in this way makes it easier to receive the support of positive energy and keeps negative energy away. Actively seek out new hobbies and learning opportunities on an ongoing basis. The last Shinkiko news of 2023

“This month is Ki Strengthening Month, from the online mini-Retreat seminar at the beginning of the month to the Shinkiko members’ gathering on the 24th.” All that remains is the members’ gathering in Tokyo on Sunday, but how are you all doing?

For those who have taken the Shinkiko Retreat seminar, I would like you to remember the seminar and focus on your body and mind while increasing your Ki. At the seminar, before eating a meal, we all recite a pledge called the “Pledge to Absorb Nutrients.” This is the vow that is recited the most, so those who have taken the seminar will remember it. “I have come to know that nutrition means to absorb the good and reject the unnecessary.  I have come to know that it is wisdom granted by the grace of Nature, and that my body itself understands what is good or bad to accept into itself. From now on, in accordance with my inner wisdom, I will strive to take in what is suitable and necessary and to eliminate what is unsuitable and unnecessary. …”

It may seem like an obvious word, but it also has a deep meaning. You can replace energy with nutrition, what is good for you is positive energy, and what is bad for you is negative energy, and by steadily incorporating positive energy, you can close your relationship with negative energy. It means to go away. It is said that it is wisdom that knows what is good and what is bad, but this is due to the support of Shinkiko energy and the support from positive energy, and the wisdom that all people inherently have is effective. I think it works.

Taking in nutrients never ends in maintaining your body. The Ki energy in the human body is connected to the infinitely expanding world of Ki, so there is no end to increasing Ki. Therefore, in order to raise your own Ki, it is a good idea to take in the nutrition of Ki while exercising your wisdom.

By the way, this year, following the release of the sheet head, we held a campaign to strengthen the functions of the head. The main function of the Ki relay device is to collect the energy of Shinkiko around the person who owns it and those around them, and the head function is to inject the energy of Shinkiko into the body. There is a lot of Shinkiko energy coming into you, so I would like you to utilize it and use your “wisdom” to further distance yourself from negative Ki. Negative energy is accumulated without you even knowing it

As we will be announcing in the upcoming issue of Hi-Genki Magazine, we will be opening a new store in the Tokyo area next to the Toshima Ward Office, a 2-minute walk from the office we moved to in November.

The new store is located on the first floor along the road and is a bright space with large windows. We will operate a cafe here, which will not only be used as a waiting area and a place for members to socialize, but will also be available to the general public. In addition, four individual session rooms will be installed at the back of the store, creating a private space where you can receive the energy of Shinkiko.

In addition to selling Ki goods and Ki devices,called High-Genki the cafe will also function as a showroom where you can relax and enjoy sweets and tea, and we also plan to hold seminars and talks about Shinkiko. The session room can be reserved in hourly increments, and we hope that members will be able to use it freely, not only for self-use or sessions conducted by staff, but also for family and acquaintances to use various High-Genki Ki devices and Ki goods. The new store will undergo renovation work until February, and an opening ceremony will be held on February 23rd, a public holiday.

In this way, we hope that this new space will expand the role of the center and be used by many people as a place for the exchange of good energy. In addition, from the Tokyo Center, we have a temporary Ki space at Toshima Civic Center and other locations, so we hope that you will also be able to attend a trial session.

By the way, with this move, we were able to do a major decluttering. I always say, “The characteristic of negative energy is that it tries to influence you without noticing,” and in that sense, I was completely defeated. There were a lot of things I no longer used, things I had but had forgotten about.

This time, we were able to organize it, throw away unnecessary items and return them to the earth, and give usable items new opportunities. The crystals and Ki goods that were lying dormant in the warehouse are being sold as a bargain at a thank-you sale.

Moving to a new office has helped me feel refreshed, but I do feel sad about things that aren’t used or paid attention to. Do you have things in your home that have been forgotten, such as old documents and receipts, clothes you no longer wear, and memorabilia you never use?

At this time of the year, in order to keep away the influence of negative energy and change the new year in a positive direction, why not try decluttering, even if it’s just a little bit, if you can’t do it on a big scale.

As the anniversary of the founder’s (my father’s) death approaches, I remember the trouble I caused him.

Currently, my family is being swayed by the pace of my son, who is almost 50 days old. The postpartum helpers have really helped me. When my son suddenly cries out loud, I’m really at a loss as to what to do. In my case, my “enjoyable training” has only just begun, but I am reminded of many things about when I was little.

I can imagine that I must have caused a lot of trouble for my parents. I’m embarrassed to say this myself, but I’m a big crybaby, and I think I cried even harder than my son. What I vaguely remember is that I would often annoy my mother by crying so hard in a department store, and that I would cry just by going into the hospital.

It’s almost the anniversary of the founder’s death (December 11th), but I think what really bothered me was that I cried because my father wasn’t enough and my mother wasn’t there.

At the time, my father probably wondered what was wrong with me being such a crybaby, even though I was a man.

It is said that you can only appreciate your parents once you become a parent, but once you experience it yourself, other people’s affairs become your own, and your gratitude for others increases dramatically, and you begin to see the wonderful things in others. It often comes.

You can understand stories like this if you experience them yourself, but even if you don’t experience them, how much can you learn to think about things from someone else’s perspective? I believe this is the key to self-growth and the ability to build richer relationships with others.

Even if you don’t actually experience it, there are things you can do just by listening to stories and thinking about it, so I’d like to share what I try to do.

First, listen carefully to what the other person is saying and try to understand.

I try not only to listen to the other person’s words, but also to empathize with them by feeling their emotions and background, including their ki perspective.

I also think it’s important to think about things from the perspective of people who are in a different position than you, even in everyday life.

For example, imagine how someone feels about the people they see on their commute to work or the events reported on the news. I also do the same thing when talking about people who have already passed away, that is, talking about negative energy. In addition, we assume a specific person and think or make inferences based on that person’s thoughts, feelings, things they see, and actions.

For example, my mother-in-law left her distant hometown to live with her sisters. When you receive advice from a wife who is experiencing pain in her relationship with her mother-in-law, by thinking about it from that person’s perspective, you can gain deeper understanding and empathy, and make it easier for good energy to reach you. I feel like it is.

Gain a lot of energy through good energy exchanges!

In our monthly Shinkiko retreat seminar, we talk about how the participants come together because of positive energy.

Each person has been brought together to have a positive influence on each other, in other words, to have a good relationship with each other, so we try not to waste that opportunity as much as possible.

Also, even if you don’t attend our retreat seminar, if you can charge your Ki and emit good energy, you will meet more people who can have a positive influence on you.

December is a time when we often come into contact with other people for various occasion, such as year-end parties and Christmas parties, so I would like to share some advice to help you feel the value of interaction so that you don’t miss the chance to learn new things.

For example, through interactions at our center and sharing at seminars, you may gain new perspectives and ideas, or even focus on things you are not conscious of.

The important thing here is that by becoming aware of it, it becomes easier for the light to reach the negative energy involved, and it becomes easier to receive support from the positive energy, which has a big impact on one’s own growth. It makes an impact.

So, if you are not used to interacting with people you don’t know well, start with small steps.

For example, at a center, you can start with a simple self-introduction, greeting, and light conversation.

By building a relationship little by little, your interactions will naturally become more enjoyable.

At that time, finding common interests is one way to promote interaction.

For example, having a conversation with someone who has the same hobbies and interests will be more natural and enjoyable, and by being able to empathize with similar concerns, you can turn negative energy into positive energy.

So try to find some common topic.

Also, in order to receive positive Ki support, it is important to maintain a positive attitude toward interactions.

Is there any point in actively participating in conversations with others, being open-minded, and listening to what others have to say without taking anything negative? By thinking positively, you can maximize the value of your interactions.

It’s also a good idea to put yourself in such situations regularly and practice.

If you notice even the slightest change in yourself, you will receive even more support.

Prepare to welcome the new year with Shinkiko in December

This is the last week of November, and next week will be the last month of 2023. Although it was December when my father as a founder passed away, we know from experience that the energy of Shinkiko can be received powerfully when members gather together, so we use this time to hold a gathering of Shinkiko members every year. It is being held. Furthermore, since this is a special time, since last year we have been holding an online mini-training seminar for three days in the first week, and then combining it with a gathering of members for three weeks, giving us an opportunity to recharge for the coming year.

As the year changes, the environment surrounding us tends to change. For everyone who wants to make it a good year, we plan to give advice on how to make the most of this time of year in the online mini-training seminar we will be holding next weekend, but even if you are unable to attend, please be aware of the following: I would like you to work on this.

1. Make sure to receive Shinkiko from the universe.For example, while using Hi-genki and Ki products, it is a good idea to listen to the sound, sit or lie down, breathe deeply, and visualize the light of Shinkiko, from the universe flowing into your body. Many people have upgraded their high-genki, so the permeability of Ki into their bodies has increased dramatically. By consciously looking at the negative aspects that are affecting your body and mind, you will find it easier to change for the better.

2. Look back on the year and do some self-reflection.Reflect on your actions this year and the degree to which you achieved your goals, and then set goals for next year. For example, try to summarize the topics that you found good about this year, write down in your notebook if there are any points you need to reflect on, and clarify your goals for next year.

3. Interaction with other members brings new awareness. Online mini-training seminar and member gatherings are great opportunities to deepen your connections with people who tap into the same Ki. The connections you make at Shinkiko can be said to be a special relationship where you can learn from each other, so by actively participating in exchanges at the center and sharing online, you will gain new perspectives.

4. Have a positive mindset as you enter the new year. This will keep negative energy away, make it easier to receive positive energy, and pave the way for success in the new year. For example, by reading aloud the “Words of Vow(Pledges)” from the textbook of the retreat seminar, your gratitude will bring a positive feeling to your day.In order for next year to be a wonderful year for everyone, we need to use Ki to prepare our minds and bodies, but we cannot immediately change the effects of negative Ki, so it is time to start preparing.

Increase your spirituality through our retreat seminar

The other day, I had a question, “What does it mean to increase your spirituality?”  I explained that “Human beings are made up of three interconnected elements: Ki, mind and body.”  If I explain from this point on, the spiritual spirit is the part that is also called the soul, and it would be best to think of it as the part of the spirit and mind.

By pursuing your Ki energy can be increased by your own inner growth and deep self-understanding.

This goes beyond material wealth and external success to peace of mind, inner fulfillment, and a deep understanding of the universe and life.

We can take in Ki energy from the outside with light of Shinkiko, but if our mind is negative, the effect will be halved.

Furthermore, if you are alive, your body is also involved, and if you are doing bad things to your body, you will not have the time to look inward and your Ki will not increase. 

Therefore, in order for us as living beings to increase our spirituality, it is important to increase it from three aspects: physical, mental, and replenishing energy from the outside.

Everyone seems to notice that they have changed after the retreat seminar, but I also say, “The retreat seminar is a special environment, so the real work begins after you go home. “This is because, in addition to the Ki of your family, including pets, or the Ki of the house itself, there are many Ki relationships that affect you in your living environment, such as Ki from outside such as friends and work relations. 

By the way, let’s briefly summarize the important points from the content of the retreat seminar from the perspective of increasing spirituality.

The first step is to use the “Senshin”(Mind Purification) index to understand your own emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns and recognize how they impact your life and others.  This reduces the influence of negative energy.

Second, spend more time receiving Shinkiko and quiet time to calm your mind and listen to your inner voice.

Thirdly, by looking for the good points and being grateful for the small things in each day, the support of positive energy brings peace and contentment to the mind, leading to a higher state of consciousness.

Fourth, by sending Ki to others, including our ancestors, we can transcend our self-centered thinking and gain a broader perspective and deeper understanding of humanity.

Finally, at the end of the day, reflect on your actions and thoughts that day, make a promise for tomorrow, and think about your personal growth.

Developing spirituality is not something that can be achieved overnight.  At the beginning of next month, we will be holding an online mini retreat seminar.  By participating not only from the center, but also from your home, you will be able to improve the Ki environment around you, so please join us.

If you are not happy, the people around you will not be happy

Even though my new family member, my son, is slowing down my pace, I am discovering new things every day.   Last night, my wife said, “He is full of breast milk and formula, so it’s okay.  I’m going to go shopping for a bit” and she went out.

However, as soon as the door was closed, my son started crying, and I tried playing all kinds of music and spinning him around using toys, but he didn’t stop crying.

After a while, I got tired.  “Here’s the only music that can overcome the cries!”  One of the albums I used to listened to a lot was “ Hell Freezes Over” by the rock band “Eagles.”  It was annoying to those around me, but I turned it on a little louder and listened.  My son immediately stopped crying, and I thought he was surprised, but by the middle of the second song, he started falling asleep.  After that, I continued to cuddle and enjoy music.

I wonder if he could feel my feeling that “if he cries, he will get into trouble.”  I always say to our members, but I was tired from the day and had no time to spare, and this incident seemed to show through.  This kind of things can be felt in everyday life.  I interact with people are working here and there, and I can feel the positive energy from people who is working comfortably, which makes me, the customer, happy and satisfied as well.

In Japan, where many things are replaced by robots and machines, it is unavoidable in Japan, where there is a lack of manpower.  These days, even when you go to a restaurant, robots are serving the food, so friendly communications my be decreasing.

By the way, are you doing something to entertain yourself?  In addition to eating healthy and getting enough exercise, you also need to make time for things like listening to your favorite music or entertaining yourself with your hobbies on a regular basis.  It is good for you to have time with your friends and family, you may feel happiness through this.  In our monthly retreat seminar, we have very important program called “Iitoko-sagashi”(finding good positive things) every day.  To find good positive things and you try to find small happiness in each day, you will have more things to be grateful for, which will lead you to fun. And then you will be supported by many positive energies.

Cherish Yourself and Raise your Ki

 I returned home after the Shinkiko Retreat Seminar in Kyoto on Monday and managed to take some time to relax.

This time, in a place where many people are religious, I think a lot of light reached those who have sacrificed themselves and worked hard for the sake of those around them.

As the saying goes, “If you are not happy, those around you will not be happy either.” From the perspective of Ki, it is very important to ” put yourself first,” because your Ki extends to those around you.

 Sometimes, other people or the environment can lower your Ki, and when this happens, you often blame others, but in reality, you are the only one who can change yourself for the better, and even if bad things happen because of others, in the end, no one can do anything about it unless you do something about it yourself. 

 Whining and complaining will only strengthen the influence of negative Ki and make things worse, so it is important to know how to take care of yourself and raise your own Ki, and this will also benefit the people around you.

This week, let me raise some important points about this, taking a hint from my training life.

 First, as a matter of course, eating a healthy diet, exercising properly, and getting enough sleep will keep your mind and body in balance.

Even things that seem good are meaningless if they overwork the body.

In our seminars, we also include yoga to learn this.

 Second, it is also important to accept your feelings.

During the “looking for the good” session at the seminar, there were a variety of presentations.

Not only joy and happiness, but also anxiety, worry, sadness, anger, and all other emotions are part of ourselves, so being able to talk about them leads to forgiveness of ourselves, and light reaches the negative Ki and stabilizes our minds.

In addition to the presentations, communication with other students also becomes a great source of strength.

I believe that talking with friends and family and meeting new people is a great way to enhance one’s Ki.

 Finally, it is important to spend time doing things that you enjoy, like hobbies, etc.

By enjoying yourself and allowing positive Ki to flow through you, you will be more likely to receive positive Ki support.

 We are running a head enhancement campaign until the 22nd of this month, and by strengthening the energy from the main body of the Hi-Genki, you can raise your Ki without spending so much time on Shinkiko.

By doing something you enjoy besides work and other things you have to do, you can recharge your Ki. 

This is the best way to change yourself and improve your life, because you can effectively use your time to raise Ki, focusing on yourself without blaming others.
