Get to know the Ki environment around you

I go for a walk on sunny days when I have time. I’m walking with my son in a carrier, and I’m doing some strength training as well, so I’m focusing not only on my leg muscles, but also on my abdominal and back muscles. I like the nearby park because it has a good atmosphere and allows me to relax.  Many people say they feel good energy in places with abundant nature, such as mountains and the sea. However, if you look closely at urban rivers, you will see schools of small fish being caught by kingfishers and herons, and turtles happily drying their shells on large stones.  Scenes like this make you forget your daily hustle and bustle and make you feel at ease, so I think it’s important to try to focus on good energy no matter where you are.

By the way, in the Shinkiko Master Training, you watch my lecture videos, fill out a worksheet, and receive consultation and advice from me and my staff to pass the exam step by step. Having the children fill out this worksheet is a great way to help them become more conscious of Ki.

In the master training, STEP 1 of the 12 steps explains negative energy and positive energy.

We are influenced by the positive and negative energy around us, and when we are influenced by positive energy, we tend to experience positive changes in our minds and bodies, such as feeling brighter and more relaxed. When you are influenced by negative energy, you are more likely to experience negative changes in your mind and body, such as feeling depressed, irritable, and having unpleasant feelings.

Furthermore, if your feelings match the wavelength of negative energy and you have a lot of negative feelings, you will be drawn more and more towards them.  It is a good idea to focus on positive energy.

Also, if you have been influenced by negative energy in the past, it may still affect your present, so remember the past and focus on that while receiving Shinkiko energy.

Basically, I recommend going back from the present to the past and examining the negative and positive Ki around you, as this will help you understand the Ki environment and increase the effectiveness of receiving Shinkiko light.

Great growth from doing something for the first time

I think many people have been working in new workplaces since April.

Personally, when I think back to 40 years ago, the first few months I joined a company felt like an extension of school, such as new employee training, and I felt nostalgic, thinking that I wanted to be active in the field as soon as possible.

However, a few years after I actually started working, I started to feel unwell due to stress, so I decided to take a Shinkiko Retreat seminar.

“Doing anything for the first time can be stressful and difficult, but later you realize that if you can overcome that, you will make a lot of progress.”

Speaking of newbies, I’ve only been a father for six months, so I’m still in a state of groping after entering uncharted territory as a new dad.

For example, when I’m taking my son for a walk, people I meet on the street ask me, “How old is he?”  If you think about it, you won’t have a chance to talk to people when you’re walking alone, so if you think about it, you’ll be grateful, but as a newbie, you won’t be able to respond well yet.  What’s especially troublesome is when someone asks, “Is he your grandchild?”

It would be natural for it to look like that since a man in his 60s was holding an infant in his arms.  I’m in a situation where I can’t say, “It’s my son,” without saying something like “Eh, uh,” or denying it, but even though I answered yes, I feel like it’s stuck somewhere in my heart, so this is what I’m saying. That shouldn’t be the case.

It’s a silly story, but for me, I’m thinking about how to deal with this in the future.

At this rate, I’m worried about what will happen as my son gets older, but I’m also looking forward to new experiences and encounters.  It’s like, “The first time I do something…”.

Speaking of my first time, I opened KÌPLACE, a cafe and Ki relaxation space complex in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, which was also a new challenge for me.

When I was a ronin student, I left my parents’ house and lodged on the second floor of a newspaper store. While working as a newspaper deliveryman, I attended a prep school. It was the coffee shop Brown at the time.

While drinking coffee and talking with a shop owner and master, I forgot all about my stress.

Although my salary was low and I was a ronin student, I was not in a position to go to school many times a week, but I feel that they supported me greatly emotionally. For this reason, I was wondering if it would be possible to do this in a comfortable space where I could drink coffee or tea and have a relaxing conversation.

The energy of support that everyone has

The Shinkiko Retreat seminar in Hiroshima/Miyajima has started today. I came here yesterday, but I was delayed at various places and it took longer than I expected.

I had a YouTube live scheduled to start at 7:30pm, so I wondered if I would make it in time, but I arrived at the hotel just in the nick of time and everything was fine.

In the end, nothing happened, but if you follow the progress along the way, the plane was delayed and left Haneda, and on the bus from the airport, one of the passengers boarded the bus and the departure time was delayed, saying, “My companion hasn’t arrived yet.” When I arrived at the station, the train left 2 minutes beforehand and I had to wait 20 minutes…this is what happens when you arrive at the station.

At times like this, I always try to open up and realize that there is no point in rushing. In yesterday’s case, I took the 20 minutes I was waiting for the train to have coffee and tried to relax and enjoy the relaxing feeling as much as possible.

Then, I received a call from a helpful staff member who told me that they could arrange a shuttle from the hotel, so after crossing over to Miyajima, I arrived at the hotel in no time.

By being given a ride in the shuttle, I had time to take and edit videos of the scenery along the way, and I’m glad that everyone can watch them on YouTube.

Up until now, I have often found myself saying things worked out somehow in various situations.

You shouldn’t always rely on it, but even when unexpected situations come your way, there are many times when you can only think that you are truly protected by something.

I am saying that every person has a positive energy that is like a guardian spirit. They are trying their best to support us, but on the other hand, there are also negative forces that are holding us back, and the situation in front of us changes depending on which force acts more strongly.

If you think, “I’m unlucky, I’m not lucky,” the souls of those who passed away due to lack of luck will gather around you, making you even more unlucky.

As long as you think of all the ways that something will work out and don’t give up, it will be easier for you to see the gap between negative energy and receive support from positive energy, and you may be able to grab a helping hand. Therefore, it is important to never give up until the end.

By the way, in order to receive the support of positive Ki more easily, you should recharge your Ki by receiving the energy of Shinkiko on a daily basis.

The more positive Ki energy you have, the more you can do, so charging your Ki is essential. Furthermore, it is a strong feeling that pushes away anxiety and worry and resists negative energy. This may take some practice, but with the help of Ki support, you will definitely be able to do it, so don’t give up.

Experienced by positive energy

Last week, I started a YouTube live show with journalists Mr. and Mrs. Oharada under the title “The world of Ki that we experienced.” For me, I get to hear interesting stories about experiences with my predecessors, so every time I think of them, I think, “Ah, that’s what I said,” and I learn a lot from them, but I also enjoy doing it.

Yesterday too, Mr. Oharada talked about how he reacted to the energy of his predecessor. My predecessor and I went to treat the radiation victims of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident in Russia, and we exchanged energy with about 10 people. Then I started moaning and felt embarrassed but couldn’t stop myself, but in the end I felt refreshed as something seemed to come out of me. I also went to the Shinkiko Retreat seminar, and my body felt completely relaxed. At that time, I felt that a lot of my negative energy went towards the light, and that’s when I finally started to understand more about Ki.   As the saying goes, seeing is believing, and once you experience Ki in some form, it becomes much easier to understand. Behind the scenes, there is probably a negative energy that hates the light of Shinkiko, and a positive energy that is trying to help people understand and use Shinkiko.

In the end, I think I was able to experience many different things and was able to listen honestly to what my predecessors were saying. It seems that not only me but Mr. Oharada received a lot of support, and even though he had doubts about ki at first, he was able to understand it naturally due to just the right experience… Mr. Oharada’s story was very interesting. That’s why.

Negative energy may seem like it has nothing to do with you, but everyone is affected by it in some way. In that sense, the first thing to do is to have many experiences of receiving Ki. I think this will strengthen the support of positive energy and make it easier to understand.

When experiencing Ki, try not to think too much about logic in your head, and if you feel something, simply try to adopt Shinkiko.

Also, the negative energy that exists around us tries to pull us towards the dark side when we see an opening. Therefore, I would like people who have had a good experience with Shinkiko to continue receiving Shinkiko. I, too, would like to receive the Shinkiko firmly so that I can find a place to direct my consciousness and receive the support of positive Ki even more easily.

Next Thursday from 19:30, I would like to broadcast from Miyajima, Hiroshima Prefecture, where the Shinkiko Retreat seminar will be held. If you are interested, please click here

Make a big leap forward with a never-give-up spirit!

It’s been 5 months since my son was born, and I’m gradually getting used to his free-spirited behavior.

However, there are still many unexpected events, and each time they occur, my mind is greatly disturbed.

The other day, my son had a fever and my wife and I were in a big fuss.

It’s embarrassing because I’m not used to it.

My wife became busy taking care of our son, stress piled up, the house wasn’t cleaned properly, we relied on take-out prepared meals for meals, and our relationship deteriorated.

It really feels like I’ve been hit by a negative energy.

However, there was probably help from Shinkiko.  The damage was kept to a minimum, and as a result, communication between I and my wife has improved, and I feel like I am able to cooperate with my wife more than before (for now).

As the saying goes, when it rains, the ground hardens.

By the way, among the negative energy that comes out when I send energy, there is negative energy that has given up on becoming light.

They say, “I’m fine with things the way they are,” when in reality it’s painful and painful, and they’re forced to endure a lot.

The second sentence he said was, “There’s no way I can change,” “It’s too late,” “It’s impossible,” and “It’s me.”  It gives the impression that he is desperate.

They are so drawn into the darkness that they cannot imagine moving towards the light.

When we are influenced by such negative energy, our own thinking goes into a mode of giving up.

You don’t make an effort to communicate to people, and you think, “They won’t understand anyway,” or is there something you can do? We blame others without thinking about it, or we think, “It’s impossible, it’s a waste,” without making any effort.

In our Retreat seminar, during his lectures on Naikan(Inner observation) Method, Prof. Ishii often talks about how people cannot change, it is like telling a cat to become a dog.

The goal is to change your own thoughts and actions, not those of other people, but if you are strongly influenced by the negative energy mentioned above, you will not be able to do this at all.

We tend to blame others, the people around us, and the events we are facing.

This kind of negative Ki is something that is hidden in a very dark and deep place, so it is not something that has just started, but may have been influenced by various things from a long time ago.

However, if you continue to practice Shinkiko, your Ki will gradually charge up and it will be easier to turn negative into positive.

Therefore, if you find yourself in a mode of giving up, being aware of this and making some effort will make it easier for the energy of Shinkiko to reach you.

Even if you don’t make a big change all of a sudden, by moving forward little by little while looking for the good points, you can eventually make a big leap forward.

The importance of facing yourself

Last weekend, we held a Shinkiko Retreat seminar in Kyushu.  I feel that a great deal of light has reached places that are connected to each and every participant.  Thank you everyone.

I think there are still some negative spirits waiting for the light, but the many souls who have become light this time will provide further support.

I want you to use your will and consciousness firmly and aim for even greater heights.

Especially in recent Retreat seminar, I hope to be able to receive powerful Shinkiko and convey this “importance of facing oneself”.

During seminar, I use special plates with laser-engraved light heads and pyramid marks, which dramatically increases the amount of Ki energy that comes into me.

Because of this, “what you think, what you are conscious of, and what kind of actions you take” have a great deal to do with the speed at which light reaches negative energy.

We discuss this not only in Retreat seminar, but also in Shinkiko lessons, so if you have any concerns, consultation, or questions, please contact us.

The next Shinkiko lesson will be distributed from KÌPLACE on April 7th (Sun).

[Notice]–The pyramid mark will also be engraved on the Shinkiko plate—

We have received many requests for laser engraving on Shinkiko plates, so starting today we will begin a service that will engrave the same pyramid mark on Shinkiko plates as on HG cards.

By engraving the name of the person you wish to send energy to, the Shinkiko plate will automatically deliver the energy of Shinkiko to that person.

This time, by laser-engraving the pyramid mark on the plate, the amount of Ki energy that reaches the person engraved through the person holding the plate will greatly increase, so we can expect even more effects.

In the case of the Shinkiko plate, it is possible to laser engrave two sides: the side with the inscription “May the light reach you” and the side with the SAS triple mark etched.

I am often asked, “If I want to engrave just one side, which one should I do?”, and my answer is, “It would be better to engrave the name on top.”  The price is 19,800 yen per page(side).

Also, if the surface of the Shinkiko plate has many scratches or dirt, it will be difficult to engrave with a laser.

Please be aware that the pyramid mark may become unclear and the effectiveness may be reduced. (If you are concerned, we recommend replacing it with a new one.)

Bring light to the strong negative energy of battle!

Starting today, the Shinkiko Retreat seminar has begun in Tamana District, which is close to Fukuoka in Kyushu and Kumamoto. This will be the first venue for the event. Whenever I go to a place for the first time, I always try to find out what kind of people were connected to this place and find out the historical background, since somehow the event is held there.

For me, the first thing I do is open up Google Maps and look for something that catches my eye. Then, I start to see things that interest me, such as ancient shrines and famous places, and I start searching for them on the internet. In the case of this time’s venue, the first thing that caught my eye was Otsuyama Aso Shrine, which is located near the facility.

The venue where we have held events in Kumamoto so far was located in what was once the precincts of Aso Shrine, so we may have been guided there.

With that in mind, when I expanded the display area of the map a little more, I noticed the “Heike Ipponzakura(One cherry tree of Heike)”, and when I looked into it, I found “Miyama, one of the Heike Valleys” where the remnants of the Heike clan are said to have lived in hiding, in Yamakawa-machi, Miyama city. The Heike Ipponzakura (One cherry tree of Heike), which stands on the top of a small mountain called Mt. Tempo Koyama, is loved as a sacred tree for the Heike family. Further investigation reveals that the Heike group that survived the Battle of Dan-no-ura traveled by boat or on foot to Hakata, then descended south along the Satsuma Highway to escape the Genji pursuers, ending up near the current intersection of the Haegawa River and the Matsui River. This land has now been developed and turned into Kanamegawa Park, where a monument commemorating the last battle of the Heike clan is placed.”

I thought that the end of the Genpei War would be Dan-no-ura, but it turned out that it ended up in a place like this. Furthermore, the Battle of Chikugo River, one of Japan’s three major battles, is about 40 kilometers north of here.

Even so, the many battles involve many people and create strong negative energies such as deep sadness and hatred, which still have an impact on people. Therefore, I think that the energy of true light is necessary there.

Last month’s training was held in Atami, a place connected to Genji, and next month it will be held at Miyajima, a place connected to Taira no Kiyomori, so I feel a strong connection.

By the way, next week is the vernal equinox. My predecessor said that by seeing the happiness of the people around you, including you, your worries about your ancestors will go away, and this will be the best memorial service for your ancestors. I would like you to turn your attention to your parents and grandparents, remember what they have done for you, and express your gratitude.

HG(High Genki)Type 3, 6 and 6 Mini specification changes

We have started a service to laser engrave the pyramid mark on Shinkiko large plates and Shinkiko frames, and we would like to thank you for the many applications.

From what I’ve heard from people who have experienced it, I think that laser engraving is somehow different from the traditional etching method. Is it good to hit a mark on a metal surface with a “light” called a laser? Was it good that I was able to accurately design the pyramid mark? Is a laser that can accurately depict marks better? I don’t really understand the cause, but it seems to have a positive effect either way.

Then, we received an inquiry from someone asking, “The laser engraving on the Shinkiko frame was good, so would it be possible to use it as a plate for the Hi Genki Type 3?” When I engraved it and said, “That’s good,” it looked very good, so I decided to use it.

Up until now, the Type 3 Plus has included two etched sheets with the pyramid mark, so you can just laser engrave them instead. Therefore, on either front or back of the two thick plates with the SAS triple mark etched on them, we laser engraved four pyramid marks, the same as on the HG card, just like on the large plate.

We will immediately change the specs from the newly shipped Hi Genki 3 Plus model to a laser-engraved type instead of the pyramid mark etching sheet.

In addition, since it can be applied to Type 6 and 6 Mini models in the same way, we have decided to change the specifications of these to laser engraved types for the next shipment. Please note that laser engraving will create a golden-yellow burnt mark on top of the silvery metal color, which will change the appearance of the item.

In addition, for those who already have a Type 3 or Type 3 Plus, we will begin an additional engraving service for four HG cards. This is possible even for those who have fully upgraded from Type 3 Plus. Until May 20th, the upgrade fee for one level will be 49,500 yen, and after that it will be 77,000 yen (cash special price 70,000 yen), the same as the large plate.

This laser engraving service was started with the hope that as much light as possible will reach those who are engraving their large plates by the spring equinox. The large plates will be available until the 20th of this month, but will start again in July for Obon. Also, since it takes a lot of time to ship Shinkiko frames, we will not set a deadline. In addition, the plates included in the stretch mats sold in the past can be engraved in the same manner as the large plates, and the engraving will last indefinitely, so please use them.

Light spreads from where you can be conscious

My son is now 4 months old and has gained a lot of weight, so my muscle training has progressed naturally. In the beginning, I would sometimes get pain in my lower back while walking with my son in my arms. I consulted a trainer who regularly checks my physical condition, and it turned out that I wasn’t using the muscles in my lower abdomen properly.

If you don’t use your muscles, you’ll forget to use them, and other muscles you normally use will try to work in their place, causing strain and pain. My solution was to consciously use the muscles I wasn’t using, without having to go as far as training them. Then, I gradually became able to use it normally, and now it’s completely fine.

If you can’t do it or can’t use it, negative energy will have an influence on you without you even realizing it, and it will probably pull you in an even worse direction.

Maybe different parts of my body are giving different reactions to tell me that I’m not using them properly. It is important to be aware of areas that may be related to negative energy, and the same can be said about the mind.

For example, if you try your best without realizing where your heart is falling short, at some point it will become extremely difficult.

Just like with your body, getting to know yourself better and changing your mind for the better is profound, and I think there is no end to this.

In particular, when it comes to knowing yourself well, it is difficult to realize where you are short of, and recognize your own weaknesses and shortcomings, as they are deeply related to negative energy. It’s important, so I’d like to introduce what I keep in mind.

First of all, be open to new perspectives and criticism. It is important to suppress your defensiveness and try to accept other people’s opinions and points as valuable.

Also, it is important to remember that you are constantly growing, and instead of striving for perfection, you can view failures and mistakes as opportunities for growth.

It is also important to have as honest and open-hearted conversations as possible with the people around you.

What’s more, knowing how your emotions affect your decisions and actions will make it easier for you to realize where you’re not good enough.

By becoming aware of the parts of yourself that are lacking, with the help of Shinkiko energy, the light will be able to reach the negative Ki that is affecting you, and eventually you will be able to overcome it and grow greatly.  I am also experiencing trial and error every day.

KÌPLACE will open

As announced in Hi Genki Magazine, a new base, KÌPLACE, will open in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. The opening ceremony will be streamed today via Zoom, and the recording will also be available for viewing on the member site.

This KÌPLACE originated from the “Shinkiko Cafe”, which was briefly introduced in the May 2019 issue of Hi Genki Magazine (No. 348).

Since 2018, SAS has been holding the “Shinkiko Cafe” once a month at the Tokyo Center. Hi Genki Magazine (No. 348) introduces this in detail, but I have two younger sisters, and the three of us focus on Shinkiko, and we aim to reach out to the general public and help them understand what Ki is. Can’t you do it? That’s what I started with.

My younger sister has always been good at cooking and sweets, especially brownies, a chocolate cake that originated in America, and last year she opened a Brownies Cafe in Ekoda, Tokyo.

My youngest sister has been teaching Music Gyoho at the Shinkiko Retreat seminar since 1994, and she has been helping out with my younger sister’s cafe, so I will use that experience to run KÌPLACE.

Ki is something that cannot be seen with the naked eye and cannot be understood by science. I am working to encourage as many people as possible to use the energy of Shinkiko from the universe, as it can change our consciousness and mindset for the better.

It has been 38 years since Shinkiko started in 1986, and thanks to the support of many people, we have grown to have a very thick membership, from veterans to beginners.

“Shinkiko Café” is not just about sessions and retreat seminar but we believe that if a variety of people can gather and talk in a more relaxed manner, new insights will be born, and new people will be brought to such a place. I started thinking that maybe I should take her with me. KÌPLACE will develop this into a base for disseminating Ki information, so we look forward to your continued support.

At KÌPLACE, we will prioritize reservations for four session rooms divided into one-hour slots.

In addition to Ki sessions conducted by staff and self-use by members, members are also free to apply Hi Genki to their family and friends.

In addition to seminars, we also plan to hold concerts and other events on a regular basis, so we think it will be used by a wide range of people.
