Learning from panic mode—the vulnerability that can be exploited by negative attention

Every Thursday at 7:30 PM, I do a YouTube Live with journalist Mr. and Mrs. Oharada. It’s been two years now, and we’ve continued it without fail, even when I had business trips for Shinkiko retreat seminar or other reasons. But yesterday, I completely forgot about it.

I have absolutely no words to express my apologies to all the viewers who always look forward to the show, and to Mr. and Mrs. Oharada who contacted various people because they didn’t hear from me. I am truly sorry.

Up until 4 PM, I clearly remembered that “today is YouTube day,” but then a series of unexpected events occurred, and while I was busy dealing with them, my memory completely blanked out. This month, I had to submit my son’s documents to the daycare center by the following Friday, and since he hadn’t had a health checkup yet, I had to rush to the clinic, and from there I was completely flustered. I must have been affected by some pretty negative energy to lose my memory so completely in just three hours.

Generally, the reasons for forgetting something include having multiple things piling up in your mind, decreased attention span due to fatigue or stress, and disruption of routines in unusual situations. Effective countermeasures include using reminders and developing the habit of writing down important tasks.

From the perspective of energy, when you lose your peace of mind, it creates an opening for negative energy to take hold, and negative events pile up. In my case, a combination of factors occurred: (1) I lost my peace of mind due to an unexpected event, (2) I was swamped with work because it was the end of the month, and (3) I didn’t even notice my smartphone ringing because it was in my bag.

In the end, by the time I realized what was happening, more than half of the live performance had already passed, so I contacted Mr. Oharada and we decided to cancel the event for the day. During the Shinkiko time at 9 PM, I started coughing uncontrollably, and just before that, my son had cut the sole of his foot and needed a bandage, so I think we were definitely affected by negative energy.

I always say that it’s important to learn from events that seem negative at first glance, and I was reminded once again of the importance of maintaining peace of mind and having systems in place to avoid missing important appointments. Needless to say, I set reminders on my computer and smartphone to prevent this from happening again. Negative energy will try to take advantage of even the slightest lapse in our judgment. I hope that everyone will make an effort to maintain a positive energy state on a daily basis and take care not to let what happened to me happen.

Instead of worrying, just say “Take care.”

My two-and-a-half-year-old son has started saying “Are you okay?” all the time, I don’t know where he learned it. I can’t think of anything in particular that would cause him concern, but it makes me laugh, and at the same time, it made me think about the phrase “Be careful.”

“Be careful”—this phrase is exchanged very naturally in everyday life. When seeing off family members as they go out, when saying goodbye to friends, or when calling out to someone walking on a rough path. Everyone says it casually, but perhaps we rarely think deeply about its meaning.

Japanese dictionaries define this word as meaning “to be careful, to be cautious.” Furthermore, perhaps because it’s so deeply ingrained in everyday language, it’s becoming increasingly common to see “ki o tsukete” written as “kio tsukete.”

However, I believe this “ki” should be “ki” (氣), specifically a positive energy like light.

When something dangerous seems to be about to happen, we tend to worry and become anxious. However, this state of mind easily attracts negative energy, which can take advantage of our slightest lapse in judgment and trip us up. What’s important is to try to attract positive energy—that is, to be careful, think calmly, and act accordingly. And if possible, thinking ahead and preparing is surely one of the important meanings of being careful. Instead of focusing on worry, focus on preparation. I believe that this attitude itself will lead to attracting positive energy.

The energy of Shinkiko can be a great help in such situations. Wearing energy-enhancing items on a daily basis is very logical in the sense of “cultivating good energy.” And when you feel that something is going wrong, try to consciously strengthen the energy of Shinkiko.

One option for this is a service that further enhances your existing energy-enhancing goods and High Genki, such as a head upgrade for High Genki. Having a well-prepared energy environment around you will contribute to your daily peace of mind, especially in times of need.

“Take care”—if you think of it as exchanging positive energy with each other, even a casual greeting can feel more meaningful. Embrace the light-like energy on your side and live each day in harmony with positive energy.

HG White Seats: Special sale to commemorate the first anniversary of their release.

We’ve frequently shared information about the effectiveness of UV laser engraving this year, but this time we have an announcement regarding HG White Sheets.

A member contacted us saying, “I experienced UV laser engraving on a full white sheet at the center, and it’s quite different from what I’ve used before.
I’d really like to get one, is there any way to make that happen?”

We understand your feelings completely.

The HG White Sheet is a Ki energy product that went on sale last August. It powerfully relays true Ki energy, and we provide one for every participant in our Shinkiko retreat seminar so they can receive the energy.

This sheet is a thin, sheet-like Ki energy product made from white PET resin, with countless tiny pyramid marks and three SAS marks laser-etched onto its surface.

The more pyramids there are, the greater the amount of energy relayed. It comes in two sizes: full size (currently the same A4 size as the half size) and half size. It’s lightweight, so you can use it in various everyday situations, whether by placing it against your body or carrying it in your bag.

The reason so many people love and use our product is because of its ease of use and high energy transfer capacity.

Initially, we used an infrared laser for engraving, but in April of this year, we finally began selling the new HG White Sheet Full, which uses a UV laser.

The use of UV lasers allows for more precise engraving, and the amount of energy transmitted has also increased.

We’ve received feedback from people who have actually experienced it saying, “It’s quite different from before,” and it’s no wonder that once you experience that difference, you’ll want to get your hands on one.

Therefore, to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the launch of the HG White Sheet, and to express our gratitude to everyone who has purchased it so far, we have decided to hold a special sale until the end of August.

We have prepared the following three benefits for those who purchased a full or half sheet by April of this year.
① You can purchase the new “HG White Sheet UV” at half price (93,500 yen).

② You can add half the number of engravings required for the “HG White Sheet UV” to your existing “Full” or “Half” sheet. The price is 46,750 yen.

③ You can apply for both ① and ② at the same time.

This offer is for those who purchased a Full or Half sheet by April of this year. You can apply for one of ①, ②, or ③ per sheet you own.

The purchase deadline is the end of August this year.
We believe you will truly appreciate the difference once you experience it firsthand.
Please check it out at your nearest center or at a trial event.

Open up the future with a strong heart and positive energy.

In the lectures of the Shinkiko retreat seminar, we explain an indicator for purifying the mind, classifying the state of mind into two categories: “a mind that attracts positive energy” and “a mind that easily attracts negative energy.”

The first word in describing a mind that attracts positive energy is “strong,” which refers to the strength to not be defeated by negative energy. Everyone lives their days supported by positive energy.
However, when negative energy concentrates and gathers rapidly, unexpected bad things can happen.
Furthermore, when negative energy begins to receive the energy of Shinkiko and light begins to reach it, there is something called a “healing crisis,” where seemingly bad things occur as if the negative energy is resisting.

In both cases, it’s important to overcome the challenges with a strong heart.
So, what exactly is a strong heart?
A hint can be found in the “Cleaning Pledge” in the textbook of the daily principles for a quality life style: “A cleansed mind-heart is a mind-heart without desire…”
I believe this “heart that does not seek” is the essence of a strong heart.
We tend to seek something else.
The energy of Shinkiko is merely support and encouragement.

Simply hoping “something will happen” without taking any action makes it difficult for positive energy to lend its support.

The light of Shinkiko from the universe will support you when you yourself take action to overcome negative energy—that is what a strong and pure heart is.

The “finding the good” exercise we do in our retreat seminar is also an important practice for cultivating a strong heart.
The very attitude of trying to find the good cultivates a heart that will not be defeated by negative energy.

However, when you can only see bad things in front of you, I recommend looking back at your past self. You overcame a serious illness. You managed to get through a serious trouble.

…Everyone has surely had one or two such experiences. This is because, supported by positive energy, you were able to overcome negative energy.
The fact that you are alive today means that you possess a light-like energy within your body and are emitting light to those around you.
This also means that you have already been continuously overcoming the negative energy that tries to extinguish your light.
Therefore, there is no reason why you cannot overcome this challenge as well.
When you think and act in this way, the energy of true energy will surely support you.
Especially during difficult times, I hope you will consciously strengthen your heart and align your wavelength with positive energy.
