My two-and-a-half-year-old son sometimes refuses to do exactly what I want. He runs around without putting on his pants and tips over his cup of water instead of drinking from it. “He was so cooperative just a moment ago…” In those instances, a small sense of irritation—a feeling of reproach—would well up inside me.

One of the “guidelines for the Purification of the heart” taught in the Shinkiko retreat seminar concerns this concept of “finding fault” (togame). Finding fault means mentally judging the words or actions of others—or oneself—as “wrong” or “unacceptable.” Such fault-finding strongly attracts negative Ki (energy); far from helping to change the other person, it actually inflicts damage upon oneself.

At the root of this lies an unfounded expectation: the belief that others ought to act exactly as we wish. This is a crucial point. Much of the unhappiness we experience in relationships stems not from the other person, but from our own assumptions. Perhaps a husband of many years immediately forgets something he was asked to do, or a daughter-in-law raises her children in a way that defies conventional wisdom. When we find ourselves thinking, “Why won’t they do it the way I want?” in situations like these, we unconsciously harbor a sense of blame—and in doing so, we attract negative energy.

Even if it is difficult to completely eliminate such expectations, you can shift where you direct them. The “looking for the good” approach taught in our training courses offers precisely this perspective. Instead of getting frustrated by what the other person cannot do, you focus on—and rely upon—the positive qualities they do possess. A husband who is forgetful might still always quietly handle the heavy lifting you ask of him. A daughter-in-law whose common sense differs from yours might still love her children more deeply than anyone else. Letting go of expectations regarding their shortcomings and focusing solely on their strengths is not about trying to change the other person; it is about changing where you choose to look.

Another crucial point is the vicious cycle created by a fault-finding attitude and negative energy. Not only does this tendency to find fault attract negative energy, but one is also more prone to such feelings precisely when already under the influence of that negativity. You lose your composure, become irritated by things you would normally overlook, and that very tendency to find fault invites even more negative energy—this is the true nature of the vicious cycle.

The important thing is not to further reproach yourself when feelings of blame or fault-finding arise within you. It is precisely at such moments that I encourage you to receive Shinkiko. As your energy (Ki) is replenished, a sense of composure returns to your mind; as your energy shifts, you naturally become less prone to such critical thoughts. Noticing the small irritations you feel toward family, friends, and those around you, and then incorporating Shinkiko—I believe that this ongoing practice is a step toward purifying the heart. I, too, keep this lesson close to heart as I continue to grow and develop each day.

The Shinkiko Retreat seminar in Aichi began today. One of the participants, who was attending this seminar for the first time, said that they learned about Shinkiko after reading this book, “I was able to release Ki in a Week!”

This book was published in 1995. Prior to that, in 1990, a book titled “I Was Able to Release Ki in a Week” was published, and later, a new version titled “I Was Able to Release Ki in a Week” was also released. Perhaps because the title “One Week” is eye-catching, even now, people read these books and come to our centers, workshops, and retreat seminar in various locations.

The current retreat seminar is held over three days and two nights, so if I were to publish a book now, the title would probably be “I Was Able to Release Ki in Three Days.” However, to be honest, I don’t know if the word “three days” would attract as many people as before.

I believe that the reason these books continue to attract readers is because my predecessor has been lending some kind of support behind the scenes. My predecessor, when reflecting on that time in training sessions and other events, said that he was told by the old man with the white beard, “Create many Ki therapists.”

A person who can transmit Shinkiko is someone who can use the energy of Shinkiko from the universe to regulate their own energy and transmit positive energy to those around them. The purpose of the Shinkiko retreat seminar is to train as many such people as possible.

Shinkiko energy reaches those around the person receiving it, including family, friends, and even ancestors, through their connections. Even ancestors who have suffered hardships will find that as the light increases, they will be able to do more, becoming a source of strength for us and even reaching the dark, negative energy that lies deeper within them. Furthermore, as the energy reaches those who support us as positive energy, they will be able to do even more and lend us their strength.

In this era, we who live must improve the energy environment around us in order to build a better world. By doing so, we can receive positive energy support and move in a better direction. I sincerely hope that as many people as possible will be able to release Shinkiko. To that end, I would like many people to come to the free trial sessions held in various locations and to my seminars such as “Talking about and experiencing Ki energy.”

We have created a new website page on the shinkiko.com called “Initiatives Utilizing Shinkiko.” This page is based on an article written about seven years ago by journalist Mr.Oharada, which featured people who have been practicing Shinkiko for many years and are using it in their work and other social activities. We have now revised the content and added nine individuals to the page.

As you enhance your own energy through Shinkiko, that light-like energy will naturally reach those around you. In other words, you will be able to spread positive energy to those around you in various everyday situations. Whether at work, at home, or in your community, the more people who enhance their energy, the more the surrounding energy environment will gradually change for the better.

This is the very philosophy that my predecessor instilled in Shinkiko. My predecessor said: “Shinkiko’s range transcends healing. Its nobler aims are to elevate the spiritual awareness of human beings allow them to care for the global environment and to create conditions in which good energy surrounds them in their daily lives. The 21st century will herald an age in which commerce, industry,the sciences and medicine will be based on Ki energy. Ki belongs to everyone. I pray that Ki will enable you to live a fuller, richer and happier life than ever.”

As these words suggest, the energy of Shinkiko is not just for a select few. Each individual who has heightened their energy will spread that positive energy far and wide. As more and more people do this, society as a whole will gradually move towards the light—that is what Shinkiko aims for.

Furthermore, it has been found that the energy of Shinkiko reaches not only our current living environment but also our ancestors. Raising one’s own energy is positioned within a larger flow that connects the past, present, and future. This, too, is an important meaning for each individual to embrace Shinkiko. The purpose of the Shinkiko energy sent from the universe is to “drastically change the energy environment of this Earth.” The more people who embrace it, the more their surroundings will change. We hope that as many people as possible will make use of Shinkiko.

We recently announced a sale to commemorate the first anniversary of the HG White Sheet release. In that announcement, we mentioned that “you can add half the number of engravings from the HG White Sheet UV to your existing full or half sheet for 46,750 yen.” We received inquiries asking, “How many sets can I have engraved?” We had assumed that no one would want multiple engravings, and our explanation was insufficient. We apologize. You can have up to two sets of half-size sheets and up to four sets of full-size sheets.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of this UV engraving service, we have decided to engrave four sets of the full white sheets used in the Shinkiko retreat seminar using UV technology. I am currently preparing the white sheets for the participants of our retreat seminar in Aichi. In this way, UV laser technology is bringing about further advancements in all kinds of Ki products, and this time we have applied it to our water-based Ki product, AquaPlus.

Since its launch in 2014, we have delivered over 400 units of the Shinkiko Aqua Plus, but from now on, it will be sold as “Shinkiko Aqua Plus UV,” which utilizes UV laser engraving technology. By manufacturing the internal energy relay element with a UV laser, it is now possible to relay the energy of Shinkiko more powerfully. The method of attachment to water pipes and other surfaces remains the same, and there are no major structural changes other than a slight increase in the height of the cylindrical part. The price also remains the same at 50,160 yen.

In addition, we will begin offering an upgrade service using UV laser technology for our existing Aqua Plus products. This service involves UV engraving a pyramid mark onto the top surface, layering a film with UV laser engraving onto the surface that comes into contact with water pipes, filling the inside, and then sealing it with resin. The price for both the Shinkiko Aqua Plus and Shinkiko Aqua Plus C is 22,000 yen.

Furthermore, we have been offering an upgrade service (38,500 yen per set) for existing Aqua series products such as Aqua Refresher D-H models and Aqua Refresher Mini A/B, which involves engraving a pyramid mark on the side of the unit to increase the amount of energy transferred. With the ability to engrave the mark in a smaller size using a UV laser, we can now accommodate up to 10 sets for D-H models, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
