When you are physically and mentally exhausted due to physical pain or chronic illness, or when daily stress makes you feel negative, you want to get out of this situation as soon as possible.
If you feel like you are in a really bad mood right now, in addition to receiving Shinkiko, I would like you to also “find the good in yourself.”
When we are drowning in negative feelings, we attract negative energy, our hearts become heavier and heavier, and the situation only gets worse with more negative energy. However, when we have positive feelings, we are more likely to match the wavelength of the positive energy that supports us, and we can keep the negative energy away.
The key is to look for something good and change the negative loop, but it’s hard to find something good when you’re not feeling well. So, what you can do right away is to remember the “good experiences” you had in the past, and try to “look for the good” in the events you’ve had in your life so far.
No matter how difficult things have been in the past, there is always a positive energy in the experience of somehow getting through them. Certainly, there may have been an influence of negative energy that created a difficult situation, but the reason you were able to overcome it is because of the “power of positive energy” that worked hard to protect you behind the scenes.
In other words, no matter how difficult a person’s past may have been, the fact that they are alive today is undoubtedly thanks to the “power of positive Ki.” Negative Ki can increase rapidly when it is on the same wavelength, and among them are those that are immediately plotting to take our lives or bring misfortune upon us. The fact that we have managed to survive in such an environment is itself “a wonderful thing.”
Therefore, things that made you happy, things that were fun, success stories of overcoming adversity and bouncing back, things to be grateful for, things that you felt even a little of these things, and even the mere fact that “it was a difficult situation, but I managed to survive” are all great examples of “looking for the good.”
* I had a serious illness when I was young.
* I had serious interpersonal problems, such as bullying.
* I went through a period of financial difficulty.
* I was involved in an unexpected accident or incident.
The fact that you are alive now is not something to be taken for granted; it is proof that your own “strength to survive” has been at work, and it is because the positive “ki” that exists in all people has supported, protected, and guided you.
When you are feeling unwell, I would like you to consciously align your wavelength with positive ki and enhance the effects of Shinkiko.
