My reinforcement month… my nose wouldn’t stop running.

On Sunday, 11th December, I talked about the Shinkiko membership meeting and sent Ki from Kumamoto. This month is a reinforcement month so I talked about how to overcome strong negative energy. I am also taking this chance to challenge myself in various things, by taking in powerful Shinkiko energy.

One of them is today’s topic, English. The Youtube video which I’m going to upload is an interview with Mr.Gary, an acupuncturist from Colorado, United States. The interview went on well with Mr.Kuwahara as an interpreter, but I felt the need to speak English so I took the introduction part in English. It was just for a few seconds, but I had to reshoot several times because I would forget the words or my face would become too stiff because of nervousness. In the end I managed, but my nose wouldn’t stop running. My wife got worried that I might have a cold and brought me a thermometer, but of course I didn’t have a fever. I felt that it’s the effect of negative energy trying to resist.I couldn’t lose. I completed everything with a desire to overcome and managed to upload the video so that it would be ready by 7pm today.

I have never been good at speaking, even in Japanese. I’m not good in languages at all, and when I listen to English, I become sleepy. It took me twice as long as the other students to pass my German class in college.Negative energy must be trying to disturb me in communicating with people.I’m aware of it myself, so I try my best to overcome it.

By the way, the reason why I interviewed Mr.Gary was that 2 years ago, he uploaded a video of his 3-year-old granddaughter using a Shinkiko stickhead on our Facebook group.

I liked the part where Mr.Gary asked “What are you doing?” and the cute girl answered “Shinkiko”.For details, I would like you to see the Youtube video, but he is a licensed chiropractor and now specializes in Chinese medicine and Japanese Acupuncture, using Shinkiko products.

Today I wrote about my reinforcement month, but how about everyone? This weekend is Day 2 of the membership meeting in Osaka. I would be happy to hear “looking for good things” and any questions from you.

To overcome the strong negative Ki

This month is a ‘Ki reinforcement month’ in which we can receive a lot of Ki.
It is better if we can use Ki items (1)consciously, (2)continuously, and (3)aiming to add up Ki.
(1)By focusing on Ki items, it will become easier to take in Shinkiko energy. If we can also pay attention to negative Ki, Shinkiko energy taken in can easily reach it.
(2)Use portable Ki items and Heads which can be used all the time so that we can take in Shinkiko energy with no interruption.
(3)It is known that Shinkiko can be more effective by using Ki items together. Try to be creative to use various items at the same time. Don’t forget to use the items purchased in the past.

It is important to take in Shinkiko energy efficiently from outside, but it is also important to emit positive Ki from inside and try to get more assistance from positive Ki and avoid negative Ki.

For example, after we determine to do something and take action, we sometimes lose our motivation.
I think the strength to overcome negative Ki is like the strength of willow which can ride out typhoon comfortably. It is OK to have a break if we don’t give up. Because the battle with the stronger negative Ki will be the longer one.

Of course, it is necessary for us to try as hard as we can at one point but it won’t last because we will be worn out by stress. We can go on by utilizing positive Ki energy which can be collected by doing fun, favorite and happy things and having positive minds.
When we get influenced by strong negative Ki, the people around normally wouldn’t acknowledge or praise us.
We have to find what we are good at and praise ourselves.
It seems like our own self satisfaction but it is the best way to confront strong negative Ki.
I hope we all can find the things we can do well and ‘look for good points’ steadily.

Don’t miss the chance of awareness

The people who receive a lot of Ki or have received Ki for a very long time are surrounded by brightness with positive Ki. Their surrounding is also bright with positive Ki. I can say that they are charged with Ki well. And I don’t want those people to miss the chance of awareness.

When negative Ki changes to positive by the light of Shinkiko, it will come to the surface and disappear like the pus comes out for the people who are charged with Ki well. It won’t just fade away. If they can be aware of something at that time, they can increase the light significantly and change for the better sooner.

When the influence of negative Ki appears as body ache or poor health condition, they are willing to receive Ki.
However, it is not easy to tell the influence of negative Ki in the case they feel negative when bad things happen. They have to be careful especially when they have no room in their minds or they are too busy.

In either case, it is important to pay attention to concerns or underlying emotions when receiving Ki.
It is also good to look back or look at the older generation and the people around and pay attention to the similar cases.
It is important for them to make time to face themselves.

By thinking that it may be because of the influence of negative Ki, the charged Shinkiko energy will reach more easily and the surfaced thing can disappear sooner.

Fight against negative Ki like building a muscle

Everybody talks about the Japan’s first win at FIFA World Cup 2022 on TV and internet. Japan came from behind to beat Germany.
The soccer game is 90 minutes and every player concentrates fully during this short but long period because any small mistake can be fatal.
We, spectators also feel thrilled and cannot relax the whole time.
The World Cup is held once every 4 years. The players who did not make the previous World Cup must have worked so hard without letting their guard down and finally got results.

By the way, I am always impressed how athletes can concentrate ‘without letting their guard down.’ It is difficult for an ordinary person like me.
We tend to take the easy way out when we lose our focus even though we know that we need to improve ourselves with our strong will.

In terms of Ki, the positive Ki which is guiding or protecting us makes us notice what we should do for our growth. Usually, it is not easily done and it requires a lot of efforts. The negative Ki like the resistance forces will come and disturb us from getting better.

The negative Ki is not happy and wants us to be unhappy forever as well. It tries to keep us in the negative state so that they do not need to leave us or worry about the difference of the wavelength.

We need to have a strong will, the Ki energy from inside ourselves to beat the negative Ki and continue making an effort.

I think that this strong will is like a muscle and we can fight against negative Ki more easily if we know its characteristic.

For example, we need to have a proper rest when using muscle because when it gets too tired, it cannot be moved anymore. Even if we want to work harder, the rest is necessary. We don’t need to feel depressed when we pause for a while.
It is better to fight when it is not too tired.
The muscle becomes stronger when we train more. It’s all about practice. We don’t need to give up and we can just practice more.

The negative Ki tries to kill our enthusiasm and makes us think the reason of failure and makes us suffer. Then, it tries to get more help from other negative Ki.
By receiving Shinkiko, we can minimize the influence from negative Ki and fight against it and try our best.

Strength to resist temptation

Yesterday, my wife was eating delicious looking Takoyaki(octopus balls) after dinner and I ended up eating them together.
Later, I got thirsty and my stomach felt heavy and I regretted eating them.
Actually, Takoyaki is my wife’s favorite.
She said that it was too bad to go grocery shopping with an empty stomach. When she saw frozen Takoyaki, she bought it on impulse.
Usually I can try not to eat for about 10 minutes. But I didn’t want my wife to finish all Takoyaki(6 in one pack) because 6 were too many for her. After I had 1 Takoyaki, I couldn’t stop and ended up eating 3…
We cannot grow as a person if we put the blame on others.
The strength against temptations is important.
I will write about this because I think it is important especially in autumn when we see a lot of delicious food.

By the way, an easy ‘ten-minute wait’ method when we are going to succumb to temptation is very helpful for me.
This is introduced in the book, “The Willpower Instinct Based on a Wildly Popular Course at Stanford University” by a psychologist, Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D. at Stanford University.
According to the book, in the process of evolution of mankind, we have come to have a long-term plans intentionally through the development of the prefrontal cortex. However, it has been more important for us to make an impulsive and quick decision to survive for a very long time.
This trait has been passed down until now. When our limbic system which controls the impulsive decision hijacks our emotions, we cannot resist immediate temptation.
However, this happens momentarily. If we can wait for a while and time passes, we even cannot remember why we were so obsessed with the temptation.
When you think you cannot resist temptations, ‘wait 10 minutes,’ or ‘eat in 10 minutes.’ If you can procrastinate for a while, you will not need to eat because by the time you will be able to think rationally.

I think this is influenced by Ki a lot.
Because of the influence of negative Ki which tries to disturb us, we tend to give in to temptations. If we can be patient for 10 minutes, the light of strong will can keep the negative Ki away.
It is better if we can receive Shinkiko by holding the Head or listening to Onki at that time.
For example, there is a time when we are too tired and don’t feel like doing anything. If we can think ‘Have a break in 10 minutes’ and do what we have to do first, we will not need to rest eventually.
This method can be used in various situations. I hope you can overcome the negative Ki by using this method and charging positive Ki with Shinkiko.

Let’s add up the positive Ki

With the changing of the seasons, we are having more colder days now.
When we receive Ki using the White Ceramic Head in the bed, it is more effective if we can feel its warmth with electricity.
The White Ceramic Head was invented 15 years ago and we found that it was good to add up the positive Ki then.
I would like to write about this today.

As you all know, the White Ceramic Head produces gentle heat with rather strong vibration with electricity.
The absorption of Ki has been greatly boosted because of the comfort with the effect of far-infrared rays.
Since the late chairman invented High Genki, all the heads had a vibration only with electricity. However, a new vibrating energy influencing our bodies was added when the White Ceramic Head was developed.
This makes it possible for us to absorb Ki more effectively by the synergy of the positive Ki from Shinkiko and the positive Ki from comfort, positive feeling(Ki) through our bodies.
Then, I invented the roller-type White Ceramic Head with bearings so that it felt even better by rolling it over our bodies along with heat.

Taking this into consideration, I think we can use them in many ways.
Before, I wrote the article about using the Disc Head with a heat pack which could promote recovery of eyes from fatigue.
This is also the boosted absorption of Ki by feeling good. Recently, I am into lying on my back putting the Disc Head under my back and lower back on an electric heating pad. I can have awareness of the Disc Head with its warmth and the absorption of Ki is greatly enhanced.
This can be used for hands and feet and it’s best for the people who have cold hands and feet.
I recommend that you use the Disc Head together with something warm such as heat packs or electric blankets.
The key is feeling good.

Start with yourself first

I participated in one week Ki camp held by the late chairman in 1992.
Back then, it was named medical qigong therapist training seminar and health restoration seminar. In 1994, the late chairman removed the distinction between the two and changed the name to Shinkiko Retreat Seminar.
This seminar changed my perception drastically and I strongly realized the effect of Ki which could make our bodies feel better.
I thought that the idea of Ki was important for anyone such as office workers like me, housewives and students and I joined the company in 1993.
Now that I think about it, I really didn’t understand the mechanism of Ki transferring machine, High Genki which gathers Shinkiko energy from the space and emits. After 30 years have passed, the idea of Ki and Shinkiko energy have become my core values now.

By the way, the thing I learned at the seminar back then is that Ki inside me and my mind were closely related. If we can change for the better, Ki inside us will influence others. The important thing is to change our own Ki first. Then, the positive Ki will easily radiate to the surroundings by the synergy of positive Ki inside us created in our minds and Ki taken in from outside.
I wrote, “How can we change ourselves not blaming somebody or something else?” in Shinkiko news on October 14th. It is very important to change ourselves for the better with the index for Senshin(Purifying the mind).

We read aloud “the good quotes from various religions” during the time for breathing techniques in the morning at the retreat seminar.
Today, I will introduce two quotes from the handout which can tell us how we can change.

A Simple Prayer for Peace (Saint Francis of Assisi)
“Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love; ….
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand. To be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive;….”

A Native American Prayer
“O’ Great Spirit, whose voice I hear in the winds, And whose breath gives life to all the world, Hear me! I am small and weak. I need your strength and wisdom….I seek strength, not to be greater than my brother, But to fight my greatest enemy-myself….”

We often want others to do something for us but we have to start with ourselves first. Our greatest enemy is ourselves with weak mind and I would like everyone to receive Shinkiko well.

Time flies like an arrow (Koin Ya no gotoshi)

It’s time to announce the sale of “2023 Shinkiko Calendar” at the end of October.
Many of you may think that it’s already next year!
There is a saying, “Time flies like an arrow.” It feels like time is passing very fast for me from a certain time.
I looked up this saying in the dictionary. It means that “Time goes by quickly and it never returns. Ko(光) in Koin(光陰) means 日, day and in(陰) means 月, month. Days and months mean time.
The arrow used to be one of the things which we could feel the speed of and it never returned to the shooter. This expression has been used since Nanboku-cho period in Japan”.

There may be and may have been a lot of people who feel time passes very fast.
In my opinion, It felt like time passed more slowly when I was a child.
♪How many nights are there to sleep until New Years Day?♪
Just like the song says, I think I was always looking forward to fun and exciting things and I felt time went by very slowly.

By the way, when we lose our bodies, we become the spirits, the state of Ki energy with minds.
After we lose our bodies, we never age. We don’t need to eat and we lose our sense of time eventually.
It is perfect if the happy state continues forever but it is really bad if the suffering state continues.
Our minds cannot change so quickly after we die.
There are spirits which lost Ki energy and became negative Ki and have been holding a grudge and struggling for hundreds of years. It is important for us to keep our minds positive and enjoy a lot of things while we can.

When we get strongly influenced by the negative Ki, it will become difficult for us to focus on ourselves and it might feel like time goes by quickly.
It is such a waste if this situation continues for a very long time.
“Time flies like an arrow.” We should focus on receiving Shinkiko and bring an end to the negative things and move on.
I think it is a good idea to write your plans which are fun or hard in Shinkiko calendar so that you can send Ki in advance.

This year, I created QR code for the past Shinkiko news articles related to the season on each page and this will make it possible for you to read them on your smartphones.

For the people who have been charged with Ki

I held the Shinkiko Retreat Seminar at Lake Biwa until Monday this week.
I believe that I could send a lot of Ki to the participants and I would like to thank everybody who attended the seminar.
Every time, I talk about the index for Senshin(Purifying the mind). This time, the participants were all experienced and I talked about “The mind which attracts positive Ki.”
I also explain in the Shinkiko classroom in the November Hi-Genki magazine that the mind which attracts positive Ki is very important for the people who have been already charged with a lot of Ki such as Shinkiko.
I would like to explain about this today.

I think Ki is divided into 3 groups based on my experience(so far). This Ki is the one which exists around the people trying to receive Ki.

The first group is the sad spirits going through hardships which we attracted to our ancestors or to ourselves.
These are the spirits which lost their bodies but they don’t realize it and remain in the darkness with sufferings.
If we attract such people or we have such ancestors, we will also feel the same way and attract more and more similar spirits.

The second group is the spirits which envy or have a grudge against us or our family lines.
There is a reason why the first group of spirits are around us. Sometimes negative Ki is behind and trying to make things worse and holding us back.
For example, the spirits which lost the battle in the past become envious and blame the winners and families for their sufferings.

The third group is the spirits which agonize over not being able to help the spirits in the first and the second groups which have lost a lot of light.
These spirits are often into the religion when they are alive and they can understand the invisible energy like Ki and the light. However, they sometimes feel hopeless because they cannot make things better even though they make full use of their past experience.
Some spirits cannot understand that they can change with Shinkiko energy and fiercely resist.

Most of the time, Shinkiko energy penetrates into from the first to the third group in order.
The people who have been charged with Ki especially need to have strong minds to beat the spirits in the second and the third group.
In other words, we should not blame somebody or something else. We should try our best to change ourselves and do what we think is good(right) strongly and positively with hope even when we almost despair and appreciate what we have achieved.
