A sequel to “How to Improve Your Luck”

A sequel to “How to Improve Your Luck”
I received a question from a participant during the Shinkiko lesson which
was held last Sunday, ”What are the features of a person who has good
luck and a person who has bad luck, and what should we bear in mind?”
It’s a good topic for the new year, so I talked about ”What should people
with bad luck do?” on that day and also on the IkiIki Radio. If you are
interested, please refer to them. Today I’d like to add a little more to this
topic.
No one wants to lower their luck so we all want to improve it, but many
people don’t seem to care that much thinking “It’s not that bad… I
shouldn’t ask for too much”.
When you start Shinkiko, the lighter negative energy changes to positive
energy, so bad things gradually reduce.
Here, I’d like to explain how to use Shinkiko energy one step further.
As is often the case, there are times when you don’t realize(or made not
to realize) when the negative energy is affecting you.
You may think that it wouldn’t be a problem if you don’t focus on it, or
give up because it won’t change anything. There are times when we only
try to see the bright side even though you feel that something is not right.
It’s good to focus on the positive side, but periodically or when you can
receive strong Ki, it’s good to focus on the negative energy that might
be affecting you.
It’s like a medical checkup routine, taking time to look back at yourself.
The negative energy hiding deeply can bring more and more without you
realizing it and create a big problem.
By doing Shinkiko, you can learn from the bad things so it’s good, but it’s
better to reduce your burden by changing the negative to positive, and
changing your behavior before the problem gets bigger.
The deeper the negative energy is, the better it is in hiding, so by
focusing on it, the light will reach there.
So while taking in strong Shinkiko, focus on the area where the negative
Ki might be affecting, like picking up a small rubbish while lighting up

with a spotlight. I recommend this to those who have been using
Shinkiko for a long time.

Let’s utilize the support from positive Ki.

This year, it will be my 30th year in SAS, which was formerly my father’s company.

I used to work in an electric company’s laboratory as an engineer, so I don’t have any special power like my father, but the reason I managed to come this far is because I understood the nature of positive and negative Ki, and managed to act on them so that I could resolve problems at an early stage before it became a disaster.

Now I feel that it’s my role to share this with everyone as much as possible.

It would be great if nothing bad happened around us, but throughout our long life there will always be something that troubles our mind. Just like pus coming out from the wound to heal, or bacterias which seem bad but actually boosts our immunity, or workouts which are tough but builds our muscle and flexibility, the negative things caused by negative Ki may seem bad at first but turn out to make our spirit stronger and shinier.

Relatively weak negative Ki can change to positive Ki quite easily, but strong negative Ki doesn’t go away unless there’s enough light.

In that case, it’s necessary to receive a stronger Shinkiko energy or have a strong will to overcome the negative energy while it is taking time to diminish.

Stronger Shinkiko can be taken in by using a larger Ki transferring machine, attending a training course, coming to the center, or focusing on the negative Ki while receiving Ki. If you are not sure about this, please ask any of our staff.

Today I will talk about how to get support from the positive Ki, which wants us to realize and act so that we can shift to a better way.

The points are 1. Is there anything you can do in action now? If there is, do it even if it’s just a little. 2.Do you have any ideas to make it better? If you do, make a plan and carry it out.

The negative Ki which wants to hinder our success, makes us think negatively and stops us from moving forward. It’s important to understand that negative Ki affects our minds, and think carefully which way leads to light, instead of deciding things with our emotions or feelings.

By trusting the support from positive Ki and acting accordingly, it will make it easier for you to see “good things” and create a good flow of positive Ki.

Happy New Year everyone.

Wishing you all the best in this new year.

How was your New Year’s holiday?

I managed to charge plenty of Shinkiko energy and was able to get enough rest.

By the way, at the end of last year, I had an opportunity to speak to Mr.Hirosawa, an Aikido master, for the opening interview of the monthly Hi-Genki magazine.

I had met him more than 16 years ago, but I heard that he had reached a new stage at the age of 85, so I visited his workshop.

Mr.Hirosawa was a private pupil of the founder Mr.Ueshiba, and says that lately he can understand what the founder was saying in his later years.

I was very impressed by his attitude of making a continuous effort to master Aikido, no matter the age.

By the way, I experienced his skills firsthand, and strangely enough, when I tried to pull him by the hand, I lost my strength.

In other words, even if I try to fight, I will lose my spirit. I could experience the invisible power of Ki

During the workshop, other participants tried to fight the master but they all ended up collapsing onto the floor with no strength, so I couldn’t help but laugh.

If we could use this power of Ki amongst countries, war between Russia and Ukraine will cease and huge military expenditures will no longer be necessary.

According to the master, Aikido is becoming one with the universe.

Shinkiko is also an energy from the universe. It raises our Ki energy and helps us to become a better person, according to the intention of the universe.

The key point of Shinkiko is that you can receive Ki 24 hours a day 365 days a year, thanks to the Ki transferring machine Hi Genki and other Ki products.

The Ki inside our body absorbs like light from higher (brighter) to lower (darker) places, influenced by people around us, our ancestors and our surroundings.

Shinkiko allows us to charge Ki energy endlessly, and as we charge Ki, it spreads out and leads us to a better way.

It’s very convenient because as long as you have the product, it continues.

There is no other like this, so I would like to continue sending information this year to let more people know about it.

Creating New Hi Genki Head

Time flew by and this will be the last Shinkiko News for this year.

I would like to thank everyone for using Shinkiko energy in 2022.

Looking back on 2022, there was the unchanging Corona disaster, war in Ukraine, former Prime Minister Abe’s murder case and the following religious issues.

Late chairman used to say “There’s always a meaning to everything”, and these problems become a chance for the world to get better.

We who are alive, must change things to a better way by learning lessons from any problems that may arise, whether it’s physical, mental or social.

It’s not as easy as it sounds, so we need this Shinkiko energy, which is sent from the far universe, to overcome the negative energy which has been spreading across our planet for decades.

Shinkiko energy is inexhaustible in the universe, just like the sun sending us light and heat brightly, but in order to receive this energy, we need special items such as Ki transferring device Hi Genki. The difficult part is that there is no other way to understand this but to experience it.

However, gradually the nature of this energy is changing, and as I explained in the article two weeks ago, (1) Use with consciousness (2) Use continuously (3) Use layering techniques, by keeping these points in mind, you can use it more effectively. I used this as a hint when making the Hi Genki Type 7 which was introduced last year, and Type 8 this year.

By the way, I have been thinking about how I can make a head which can be applied over a larger area of the body.

It’s good to have a head that can be focused on a certain part of the body like the previous heads, but there are often times where I want to send energy to a wider area such as lower back/back, stomach, chest or head.

The technology of layering the etching sheets in Hi Genki 8 gave me a hint. I layered the etching sheets just like the power unit of Hi Genki, and discovered that if I cover both sides with a silicone rubber, I can make a light and flexible sheet so that it fits our body. I named it “Sheet Head”.

I will be introducing it to everyone at the Shinkiko membership meeting, which will be held on the 25th.

The next article will be delivered on the 6th of the new year.

I would like to thank everyone for 2022 and wish everyone a Happy New Year ahead.

My reinforcement month… my nose wouldn’t stop running.

On Sunday, 11th December, I talked about the Shinkiko membership meeting and sent Ki from Kumamoto. This month is a reinforcement month so I talked about how to overcome strong negative energy. I am also taking this chance to challenge myself in various things, by taking in powerful Shinkiko energy.

One of them is today’s topic, English. The Youtube video which I’m going to upload is an interview with Mr.Gary, an acupuncturist from Colorado, United States. The interview went on well with Mr.Kuwahara as an interpreter, but I felt the need to speak English so I took the introduction part in English. It was just for a few seconds, but I had to reshoot several times because I would forget the words or my face would become too stiff because of nervousness. In the end I managed, but my nose wouldn’t stop running. My wife got worried that I might have a cold and brought me a thermometer, but of course I didn’t have a fever. I felt that it’s the effect of negative energy trying to resist.I couldn’t lose. I completed everything with a desire to overcome and managed to upload the video so that it would be ready by 7pm today.

I have never been good at speaking, even in Japanese. I’m not good in languages at all, and when I listen to English, I become sleepy. It took me twice as long as the other students to pass my German class in college.Negative energy must be trying to disturb me in communicating with people.I’m aware of it myself, so I try my best to overcome it.

By the way, the reason why I interviewed Mr.Gary was that 2 years ago, he uploaded a video of his 3-year-old granddaughter using a Shinkiko stickhead on our Facebook group.

I liked the part where Mr.Gary asked “What are you doing?” and the cute girl answered “Shinkiko”.For details, I would like you to see the Youtube video, but he is a licensed chiropractor and now specializes in Chinese medicine and Japanese Acupuncture, using Shinkiko products.

Today I wrote about my reinforcement month, but how about everyone? This weekend is Day 2 of the membership meeting in Osaka. I would be happy to hear “looking for good things” and any questions from you.

To overcome the strong negative Ki

This month is a ‘Ki reinforcement month’ in which we can receive a lot of Ki.
It is better if we can use Ki items (1)consciously, (2)continuously, and (3)aiming to add up Ki.
(1)By focusing on Ki items, it will become easier to take in Shinkiko energy. If we can also pay attention to negative Ki, Shinkiko energy taken in can easily reach it.
(2)Use portable Ki items and Heads which can be used all the time so that we can take in Shinkiko energy with no interruption.
(3)It is known that Shinkiko can be more effective by using Ki items together. Try to be creative to use various items at the same time. Don’t forget to use the items purchased in the past.

It is important to take in Shinkiko energy efficiently from outside, but it is also important to emit positive Ki from inside and try to get more assistance from positive Ki and avoid negative Ki.

For example, after we determine to do something and take action, we sometimes lose our motivation.
I think the strength to overcome negative Ki is like the strength of willow which can ride out typhoon comfortably. It is OK to have a break if we don’t give up. Because the battle with the stronger negative Ki will be the longer one.

Of course, it is necessary for us to try as hard as we can at one point but it won’t last because we will be worn out by stress. We can go on by utilizing positive Ki energy which can be collected by doing fun, favorite and happy things and having positive minds.
When we get influenced by strong negative Ki, the people around normally wouldn’t acknowledge or praise us.
We have to find what we are good at and praise ourselves.
It seems like our own self satisfaction but it is the best way to confront strong negative Ki.
I hope we all can find the things we can do well and ‘look for good points’ steadily.

Don’t miss the chance of awareness

The people who receive a lot of Ki or have received Ki for a very long time are surrounded by brightness with positive Ki. Their surrounding is also bright with positive Ki. I can say that they are charged with Ki well. And I don’t want those people to miss the chance of awareness.

When negative Ki changes to positive by the light of Shinkiko, it will come to the surface and disappear like the pus comes out for the people who are charged with Ki well. It won’t just fade away. If they can be aware of something at that time, they can increase the light significantly and change for the better sooner.

When the influence of negative Ki appears as body ache or poor health condition, they are willing to receive Ki.
However, it is not easy to tell the influence of negative Ki in the case they feel negative when bad things happen. They have to be careful especially when they have no room in their minds or they are too busy.

In either case, it is important to pay attention to concerns or underlying emotions when receiving Ki.
It is also good to look back or look at the older generation and the people around and pay attention to the similar cases.
It is important for them to make time to face themselves.

By thinking that it may be because of the influence of negative Ki, the charged Shinkiko energy will reach more easily and the surfaced thing can disappear sooner.

Fight against negative Ki like building a muscle

Everybody talks about the Japan’s first win at FIFA World Cup 2022 on TV and internet. Japan came from behind to beat Germany.
The soccer game is 90 minutes and every player concentrates fully during this short but long period because any small mistake can be fatal.
We, spectators also feel thrilled and cannot relax the whole time.
The World Cup is held once every 4 years. The players who did not make the previous World Cup must have worked so hard without letting their guard down and finally got results.

By the way, I am always impressed how athletes can concentrate ‘without letting their guard down.’ It is difficult for an ordinary person like me.
We tend to take the easy way out when we lose our focus even though we know that we need to improve ourselves with our strong will.

In terms of Ki, the positive Ki which is guiding or protecting us makes us notice what we should do for our growth. Usually, it is not easily done and it requires a lot of efforts. The negative Ki like the resistance forces will come and disturb us from getting better.

The negative Ki is not happy and wants us to be unhappy forever as well. It tries to keep us in the negative state so that they do not need to leave us or worry about the difference of the wavelength.

We need to have a strong will, the Ki energy from inside ourselves to beat the negative Ki and continue making an effort.

I think that this strong will is like a muscle and we can fight against negative Ki more easily if we know its characteristic.

For example, we need to have a proper rest when using muscle because when it gets too tired, it cannot be moved anymore. Even if we want to work harder, the rest is necessary. We don’t need to feel depressed when we pause for a while.
It is better to fight when it is not too tired.
The muscle becomes stronger when we train more. It’s all about practice. We don’t need to give up and we can just practice more.

The negative Ki tries to kill our enthusiasm and makes us think the reason of failure and makes us suffer. Then, it tries to get more help from other negative Ki.
By receiving Shinkiko, we can minimize the influence from negative Ki and fight against it and try our best.

Strength to resist temptation

Yesterday, my wife was eating delicious looking Takoyaki(octopus balls) after dinner and I ended up eating them together.
Later, I got thirsty and my stomach felt heavy and I regretted eating them.
Actually, Takoyaki is my wife’s favorite.
She said that it was too bad to go grocery shopping with an empty stomach. When she saw frozen Takoyaki, she bought it on impulse.
Usually I can try not to eat for about 10 minutes. But I didn’t want my wife to finish all Takoyaki(6 in one pack) because 6 were too many for her. After I had 1 Takoyaki, I couldn’t stop and ended up eating 3…
We cannot grow as a person if we put the blame on others.
The strength against temptations is important.
I will write about this because I think it is important especially in autumn when we see a lot of delicious food.

By the way, an easy ‘ten-minute wait’ method when we are going to succumb to temptation is very helpful for me.
This is introduced in the book, “The Willpower Instinct Based on a Wildly Popular Course at Stanford University” by a psychologist, Kelly McGonigal, Ph.D. at Stanford University.
According to the book, in the process of evolution of mankind, we have come to have a long-term plans intentionally through the development of the prefrontal cortex. However, it has been more important for us to make an impulsive and quick decision to survive for a very long time.
This trait has been passed down until now. When our limbic system which controls the impulsive decision hijacks our emotions, we cannot resist immediate temptation.
However, this happens momentarily. If we can wait for a while and time passes, we even cannot remember why we were so obsessed with the temptation.
When you think you cannot resist temptations, ‘wait 10 minutes,’ or ‘eat in 10 minutes.’ If you can procrastinate for a while, you will not need to eat because by the time you will be able to think rationally.

I think this is influenced by Ki a lot.
Because of the influence of negative Ki which tries to disturb us, we tend to give in to temptations. If we can be patient for 10 minutes, the light of strong will can keep the negative Ki away.
It is better if we can receive Shinkiko by holding the Head or listening to Onki at that time.
For example, there is a time when we are too tired and don’t feel like doing anything. If we can think ‘Have a break in 10 minutes’ and do what we have to do first, we will not need to rest eventually.
This method can be used in various situations. I hope you can overcome the negative Ki by using this method and charging positive Ki with Shinkiko.
