A strong heart is tested

The other day, a person who had never heard of Shinkiko came to my private session at KÌPLACE and said, “I found out about it on your website.”

When I asked her about it, she said, “It looks good, but will it be okay? It’s going to cost a lot of money…” and she was quite hesitant when she applied.

In the end, I was called when I was about to leave, so I decided to go ahead and do it.

During the session, as I listened to her story, I was impressed and thought, “She really decided to come .”   When my predecessor(father) made the Hi Genki, I secretly took it apart and thought it was suspicious, so I understand how he feels.

I might not have had the courage to come and receive Ki.

If you ask someone who doesn’t know anything about Ki, they might say things like, “This seems somewhat suspicious,” “Does Ki come out of things?” or “Is this a spiritual marketing method?”

The world of Ki cannot be proven through science, so the only way to understand it is to experience it.

And I think it’s important to refer to the experiences of various people as much as possible.

In this person’s story, it is clear that there are two forces at work: positive energy that wants to support her, and negative energy that does not want to change and is holding her back.

Couldn’t it get better? It was probably because of the presence of positive energy that made me feel that way that I became interested in S.A.S.’s website and read it well, and on the other hand, negative energy acts as a hindrance. Something as simple as booking a session became extremely difficult.

I felt that “the negative energy is strong, but the positive energy is strong enough to support me,” so I did my best to send energy to them.

By the way, the Shinkiko Retreat seminar started today at Mt. Sangane in Aichi Prefecture.

The first lecture in this seminar was about what kind of mindset you should have in order to increase your Ki, and the “Indicators for Mind Purification”, which were categorized into “a mind that attracts positive energy” and “a mind that tends to attract negative energy” is explained.

In this index, “Strong” is ranked first in terms of having a strong spirit that does not give in to negative energy.

Negative energy takes advantage of various situations and tries to make the person’s emotions negative and attract more negative energy.

In difficult times, it is important to remain calm, think carefully about what to do, and act accordingly.

And I believe that the light of Shinkiko and this “strongness” transforms even the strongest negative Ki into light.

We will be holding a High Genki class.

At the beginning of this year, we started engraving pyramid marks using a laser, and based on the experiences of our members, we learned that it can be applied to a variety of Ki goods, including High Genki products, and we have been steadily expanding this service. As of now, I am not sure why laser engraving the pyramid mark enhances the Ki effect. There are two or three points that I can infer, but in order to confirm them, I need to make various things and repeat experiments, and right now I’m busy making what I’ve ordered and don’t have time to confirm. I can’t.

People often ask me, “How did you know that laser engraving would enhance the Ki effect?” The truth is, I didn’t know either. By chance, the laser engraving machine I had been using broke at the end of last year, so when I was on vacation and was browsing the internet, this product appeared in front of me and was on sale at a great price, so I snapped it up. I had some time over the year-end and New Year holidays, so while I was stamping things with the engraving machine I received, I wanted to try stamping the pyramid mark and the SAS triple mark myself, so I tried creating a new one on my computer, and it didn’t work. That is to say, it was good.

Truly, this world of Ki is full of things that cannot be understood through logic.

By the way, Shinkiko began when ourpredecessor(my father) learned how to use a Ki relay device from an old man with a white beard. In the 38 years since then, I have improved and developed various things based on everyone’s experiences, although I don’t really understand the exact principles. I feel like we have made progress based on feedback from members who regularly use our service. Initially, there was only a model 2 for High Genki, but now there are 5 models including the personal High Genki Mini Junior.  At first, there was only a hair dryer type irradiation head, but now there are 9 models. There are various types available.

Compared to the previous era, the variety of High Genki and Ki goods has increased and they have become easier to use, but on the other hand, I think it has become difficult to understand how to use them to maximize their effects.

Therefore, we have decided to hold a High Genki class for High Genki and Ki goods users, as well as for those who are new to Shinkiko. Here, while actually using High Genki, we will explain in an easy-to-understand manner everything from basic knowledge to effective usage, with a focus on practical training. Please feel free to bring the heads and Ki goods you always use. The event is free, but seats are limited, so please apply early.

Let’s make good things a habit

Do you have any good habits? Someone once told me, “I receive energy from Hi Genki in the morning and evening during Shinkiko time.” It’s become a habit, which is great. Negative energy is dark energy that does not want to change, so it prevents the person from changing for the better. Just by being able to take action, we can increase our Ki energy, which is like light, but if we can make good things a habit, the influence of negative Ki will gradually recede and we will be able to receive support from positive Ki more easily.

To explain a little more, our daily lives are made up of countless choices and actions, but when we make a decision and take action, we think about whether or not we should take that action. When you think about something, it is accompanied by a certain kind of stress, such as thinking, “It’s a pain,” or “Can I stop today?”  This is linked to the state of your body and your emotions at the time, and negative energy comes into play.

Habits are actions that become automatic through repetition, but this automaticity that the body has learned not only allows you to perform actions with less effort, but also allows you to perform actions with no time to think, there is no room for negative energy to take advantage of it. So, by developing good habits, you can act more effectively with less effort, increase your light, and save your willpower to think and focus on other important decisions.

For example, if you get into the habit of doing yoga at a certain time every morning, you won’t have to decide whether to exercise or not every day, and you will naturally develop a healthy lifestyle.

If you think about it this way, making it a habit means challenging negative energy, but you can make it easier to succeed by doing the following.

1. Divide your big goal into small actions and gradually increase the difficulty. For example, if you want to develop an exercise habit, you can start by taking a walk once a week and gradually increase the frequency.

2. Set a specific action or time as a trigger. For example, if you make it a habit to brush your teeth immediately after breakfast, you will automatically brush your teeth after eating breakfast.

3. Stay motivated by recording what you accomplish. For example, you can use a calendar or diary to record your daily habits, or do it with someone. Also, even if your habits break, we emphasize not giving up and starting again. It is also important to review something once it has become a habit after a certain amount of time.

Your efforts will definitely pay off, so take one step at a time to get closer to your ideal self.

Let’s raise our spirits and have more impressions

My son is now 7 months old, but perhaps because he is growing rapidly, the carrier has become too small. I chose a new baby carrier, regretting that I should have bought a better one from the beginning. Previous baby carriers were face-to-face types, but the new ones can be carried facing forward or on the back. When I walk outside with him in my arms while looking straight ahead, he seems to be happy, as he flaps his arms and legs and makes a fuss, “Kya, kya!” I end up saying “Aaaaa” out loud, which makes me a little embarrassed.

I wonder if I used to react to things this happily?   As we get older, perhaps our pain, patience, and perseverance have increased, or perhaps we have become less happy or happy, or perhaps we have gotten used to it, or our emotions no longer come to the fore, or we find it difficult to feel them.  From a Ki perspective, this is not good. We want to enjoy things that are fun, happy, excited, and excited as much as possible and collect good energy. It is especially important to be moved and say, “It’s beautiful.”

This awareness of beauty, being moved by it, and no matter how advanced science is, “What makes us feel beautiful?”   This is a story about “Ki,” an invisible energy that cannot be proven or quantified by science.”

When I was an office worker, I became unwell due to stress, and reluctantly took the Shinkiko Retreat seminar at the recommendation of my predecessor(my father). At that time, I received Shinkiko every day for a week, practiced various programs, listened to lectures on how to hold our mind, and the moment I left the venue after the lecture, I could see that I had completely changed. I did. Everything I saw was shining brightly… everything I saw and heard seemed fresh and beautiful, as if I had been holed up in the mountains for a long time. At the time, I was surprised to find that when I raised my Ki, I was able to perceive beauty even from the same stimuli from the outside world.

My predecessor(my father) said that the negative energy disappears and you become more innocent, but I think that the negative energy around you turns into light and surrounds you, making it easier to feel good energy. The Retreat seminar is currently being held over three days, and the energy of Shinkiko from outside and the positive Ki that comes from your heart will give light to your ancestors and become positive Ki that will watch over them. This is something you won’t understand unless you experience it, so if you’ve been moving away from beauty lately, please take the Shinkiko Retreat seminar. We’ll be expecting you.

We are releasing Hi Genki Mini Junior

I tell people in Shinkiko Retreat seminar, “It’s best to have a mutual style where you do things for your family and have them do it for you.”   Hi Genki has a structure that collects and radiates Shinkiko light energy from the universe, so the energy reaches not only the person to whom the head is applied, but also the person applying the head. I am also “giving to” and “receiving” to my wife.  Lately, I’ve been using a light head to push myself harder. We recommend using the lever principle to apply force using a point slightly below the center of the head as a fulcrum, as this will reduce fatigue.

Because of this, I’ve been using it more often, and recently I’ve been using it in online sessions and even bringing it to YouTube.  It seems like things are getting better. I thought it would be a bit inconvenient to carry because it was long when I put it in my pocket, but someone told me that the laser engraving on the cap of the light head was beautiful, so I decided to try it this way. I thought it would be great if I could make a Hi Genki Mini that was half the size this time using a different method.

Many people have laser-engraved the pyramid mark on Ki goods such as High Genki apparatus and large plates, and verified its quality. We also thought of adding ways to increase the amount of relay.

Therefore, we have decided to discontinue the sale of the Hi Genki Mini P type that we have been selling in the past, inherit the casing to the High Genki 6 Mini, and sell a new Hi Genki that is made in the same way as the light head as the “Junior”.  Since it is a high-quality Mini, it is a high-quality product for personal use, but the number of parts can be reduced compared to the P type, so the price can be reduced by about 8,800 yen. It would be a good idea to have people who need Ki in particular or their families who are concerned about it use it, and if you are new to Shinkiko, I think it would be a good idea to start with Hi Genki Junior. Although it is a personal Hi Genki technique, being able to place yourself in an environment where Shinkiko energy is delivered to you 24 hours a day can dramatically increase the charging speed of your Ki. I hope many people will use it.

In order to spread the word, we will be holding a release campaign exclusively for members, giving them 10% points back until the end of July. Please feel free to use it. In addition, although sales of the previous P type will be discontinued, we will continue to provide upgrades and power-up services for the P type and Hi Genki Mini, so if you have any questions, please contact your nearest center.

What kind of song is Bogatsuru Sanka(Bogatsuru Hymn)?

At the Shinkiko lesson held the other day, Participant Ms.A talked about a song called “Boga Tsuru Sanka”  from “Looking for Good Things”. I didn’t know the song, so on the day I asked everyone, “What kind of song is it?”

Later, when I looked up Boga Tsuru, I found out that it is a basin/wetland located at an altitude of approximately 1,200 meters in Takeda City, Oita Prefecture. It is surrounded by Mt. Kuju and Mt. Ofuna, the main peaks of the Kuju Mountain Range, and is included in Aso-Kuju National Park.

The “Bo” in the name refers to a temple (Hokke-in Temple, which is the core of the Kuju-san faith).(Current name Hokke-in Onsen), “Tsuru” means “water flow” and a flat land with a river, and in other words, the place name means the wetland area near Hokke-in Temple.

Yoko Seri became known nationwide for her “Bogatsuru Sanka” sung on NHK’s (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) “Minna no Uta.”(Everyone’s song) . The background to the birth of the Bogatsuru hymn was mountain worship and the thoughts of various people associated with it.

Since ancient times in Japan, mountains have been seen as not just a part of nature, but a place where the gods dwell. Therefore, visiting the mountain itself was a type of training and prayer, and it was believed that it would calm people’s minds and increase their energy.

Kyushu has a long history and has been home to various places of worship since ancient times. The gods that reside there are the positive energy that I always talk about. They exist not only in Kyushu, but everywhere, and are trying to support and encourage many people.

However, in recent years, I believe that this positive energy has run out of energy due to the collapse of nature and changes in people’s consciousness and faith. Also, it is precisely in times like these that we need the energy of “Shinkiko from the universe,” and I believe that my predecessor(my father) started this in a dream in 1986, and I inherited this energy.

By the way, I would like to include in this paper the text of Ms. A (who always receives ki at the Kumamoto Center)’s “Looking for a good things.” One of the good things she said about her daughter and herself is, “I’ve found myself humming this song lately.”

It is strange, but it has just been decided that the first Shinkiko retreat seminar will be held in Oita Prefecture in September of this year. To borrow the words of my predecessor, everything has a meaning, so there are positive and negative energies working behind the scenes, and because of that connection, Ms. A ends up humming the song, and good things happen. Because they overlapped, I think they were able to post on that day’s “Find the Good Things” section.

Get to know the Ki environment around you

I go for a walk on sunny days when I have time. I’m walking with my son in a carrier, and I’m doing some strength training as well, so I’m focusing not only on my leg muscles, but also on my abdominal and back muscles. I like the nearby park because it has a good atmosphere and allows me to relax.  Many people say they feel good energy in places with abundant nature, such as mountains and the sea. However, if you look closely at urban rivers, you will see schools of small fish being caught by kingfishers and herons, and turtles happily drying their shells on large stones.  Scenes like this make you forget your daily hustle and bustle and make you feel at ease, so I think it’s important to try to focus on good energy no matter where you are.

By the way, in the Shinkiko Master Training, you watch my lecture videos, fill out a worksheet, and receive consultation and advice from me and my staff to pass the exam step by step. Having the children fill out this worksheet is a great way to help them become more conscious of Ki.

In the master training, STEP 1 of the 12 steps explains negative energy and positive energy.

We are influenced by the positive and negative energy around us, and when we are influenced by positive energy, we tend to experience positive changes in our minds and bodies, such as feeling brighter and more relaxed. When you are influenced by negative energy, you are more likely to experience negative changes in your mind and body, such as feeling depressed, irritable, and having unpleasant feelings.

Furthermore, if your feelings match the wavelength of negative energy and you have a lot of negative feelings, you will be drawn more and more towards them.  It is a good idea to focus on positive energy.

Also, if you have been influenced by negative energy in the past, it may still affect your present, so remember the past and focus on that while receiving Shinkiko energy.

Basically, I recommend going back from the present to the past and examining the negative and positive Ki around you, as this will help you understand the Ki environment and increase the effectiveness of receiving Shinkiko light.

Great growth from doing something for the first time

I think many people have been working in new workplaces since April.

Personally, when I think back to 40 years ago, the first few months I joined a company felt like an extension of school, such as new employee training, and I felt nostalgic, thinking that I wanted to be active in the field as soon as possible.

However, a few years after I actually started working, I started to feel unwell due to stress, so I decided to take a Shinkiko Retreat seminar.

“Doing anything for the first time can be stressful and difficult, but later you realize that if you can overcome that, you will make a lot of progress.”

Speaking of newbies, I’ve only been a father for six months, so I’m still in a state of groping after entering uncharted territory as a new dad.

For example, when I’m taking my son for a walk, people I meet on the street ask me, “How old is he?”  If you think about it, you won’t have a chance to talk to people when you’re walking alone, so if you think about it, you’ll be grateful, but as a newbie, you won’t be able to respond well yet.  What’s especially troublesome is when someone asks, “Is he your grandchild?”

It would be natural for it to look like that since a man in his 60s was holding an infant in his arms.  I’m in a situation where I can’t say, “It’s my son,” without saying something like “Eh, uh,” or denying it, but even though I answered yes, I feel like it’s stuck somewhere in my heart, so this is what I’m saying. That shouldn’t be the case.

It’s a silly story, but for me, I’m thinking about how to deal with this in the future.

At this rate, I’m worried about what will happen as my son gets older, but I’m also looking forward to new experiences and encounters.  It’s like, “The first time I do something…”.

Speaking of my first time, I opened KÌPLACE, a cafe and Ki relaxation space complex in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, which was also a new challenge for me.

When I was a ronin student, I left my parents’ house and lodged on the second floor of a newspaper store. While working as a newspaper deliveryman, I attended a prep school. It was the coffee shop Brown at the time.

While drinking coffee and talking with a shop owner and master, I forgot all about my stress.

Although my salary was low and I was a ronin student, I was not in a position to go to school many times a week, but I feel that they supported me greatly emotionally. For this reason, I was wondering if it would be possible to do this in a comfortable space where I could drink coffee or tea and have a relaxing conversation.

The energy of support that everyone has

The Shinkiko Retreat seminar in Hiroshima/Miyajima has started today. I came here yesterday, but I was delayed at various places and it took longer than I expected.

I had a YouTube live scheduled to start at 7:30pm, so I wondered if I would make it in time, but I arrived at the hotel just in the nick of time and everything was fine.

In the end, nothing happened, but if you follow the progress along the way, the plane was delayed and left Haneda, and on the bus from the airport, one of the passengers boarded the bus and the departure time was delayed, saying, “My companion hasn’t arrived yet.” When I arrived at the station, the train left 2 minutes beforehand and I had to wait 20 minutes…this is what happens when you arrive at the station.

At times like this, I always try to open up and realize that there is no point in rushing. In yesterday’s case, I took the 20 minutes I was waiting for the train to have coffee and tried to relax and enjoy the relaxing feeling as much as possible.

Then, I received a call from a helpful staff member who told me that they could arrange a shuttle from the hotel, so after crossing over to Miyajima, I arrived at the hotel in no time.

By being given a ride in the shuttle, I had time to take and edit videos of the scenery along the way, and I’m glad that everyone can watch them on YouTube.

Up until now, I have often found myself saying things worked out somehow in various situations.

You shouldn’t always rely on it, but even when unexpected situations come your way, there are many times when you can only think that you are truly protected by something.

I am saying that every person has a positive energy that is like a guardian spirit. They are trying their best to support us, but on the other hand, there are also negative forces that are holding us back, and the situation in front of us changes depending on which force acts more strongly.

If you think, “I’m unlucky, I’m not lucky,” the souls of those who passed away due to lack of luck will gather around you, making you even more unlucky.

As long as you think of all the ways that something will work out and don’t give up, it will be easier for you to see the gap between negative energy and receive support from positive energy, and you may be able to grab a helping hand. Therefore, it is important to never give up until the end.

By the way, in order to receive the support of positive Ki more easily, you should recharge your Ki by receiving the energy of Shinkiko on a daily basis.

The more positive Ki energy you have, the more you can do, so charging your Ki is essential. Furthermore, it is a strong feeling that pushes away anxiety and worry and resists negative energy. This may take some practice, but with the help of Ki support, you will definitely be able to do it, so don’t give up.

Experienced by positive energy

Last week, I started a YouTube live show with journalists Mr. and Mrs. Oharada under the title “The world of Ki that we experienced.” For me, I get to hear interesting stories about experiences with my predecessors, so every time I think of them, I think, “Ah, that’s what I said,” and I learn a lot from them, but I also enjoy doing it.

Yesterday too, Mr. Oharada talked about how he reacted to the energy of his predecessor. My predecessor and I went to treat the radiation victims of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident in Russia, and we exchanged energy with about 10 people. Then I started moaning and felt embarrassed but couldn’t stop myself, but in the end I felt refreshed as something seemed to come out of me. I also went to the Shinkiko Retreat seminar, and my body felt completely relaxed. At that time, I felt that a lot of my negative energy went towards the light, and that’s when I finally started to understand more about Ki.   As the saying goes, seeing is believing, and once you experience Ki in some form, it becomes much easier to understand. Behind the scenes, there is probably a negative energy that hates the light of Shinkiko, and a positive energy that is trying to help people understand and use Shinkiko.

In the end, I think I was able to experience many different things and was able to listen honestly to what my predecessors were saying. It seems that not only me but Mr. Oharada received a lot of support, and even though he had doubts about ki at first, he was able to understand it naturally due to just the right experience… Mr. Oharada’s story was very interesting. That’s why.

Negative energy may seem like it has nothing to do with you, but everyone is affected by it in some way. In that sense, the first thing to do is to have many experiences of receiving Ki. I think this will strengthen the support of positive energy and make it easier to understand.

When experiencing Ki, try not to think too much about logic in your head, and if you feel something, simply try to adopt Shinkiko.

Also, the negative energy that exists around us tries to pull us towards the dark side when we see an opening. Therefore, I would like people who have had a good experience with Shinkiko to continue receiving Shinkiko. I, too, would like to receive the Shinkiko firmly so that I can find a place to direct my consciousness and receive the support of positive Ki even more easily.

Next Thursday from 19:30, I would like to broadcast from Miyajima, Hiroshima Prefecture, where the Shinkiko Retreat seminar will be held. If you are interested, please click here
