Improving Relationships with People Who “Look Down on You”

Today, the Shinkiko Retreatment Seminar in Hokkaido started.

Various people participate in the Shinkiko Retreatment Seminar to use the energy of Shinkiko to enhance their Ki and to change their lives.

The reasons for participating vary from physical illnesses, mental problems, and improving relationships.

Today, I would like to focus on human relationships and explain about relationships with “people who look down on you” which is a commonly asked question.

Since I am also in a position where I tend to “look down”, I need to be careful. People often say that they are offended by the words and attitudes of such people.

This too can be improved by applying the Ki perspective and using Shinkiko to improve the relationship.

1【Understanding your own feelings】No matter how much blame is placed on the other person, from the Ki perspective, it is important to first take a closer look at your own side.

You must deeply explore your own feelings about why you feel uncomfortable with the person’s words and actions.

It may be due to your pride or past experiences.

By understanding your own feelings, you can respond calmly and also realize that the feelings may be the result of negative Ki that you are attracting, so be aware of that while receiving Shinkiko.

2【Know the background of the other person】By knowing the reasons why the person has such an attitude, such as past experiences and upbringing, you can understand without becoming emotional.

Furthermore, since you can become aware of the negative Ki that is involved, it will be easier for the Shinkiko energy to reach the person, and the person will be able to change.

3【Learn to communicate】If you feel uncomfortable, it is important to tell the other person at the right time.

Aggressive words attract negative Ki, so it is important to be as honest as possible about your feelings and thoughts, and through this, your own learning will deepen.

4【Searching for good points】There are always good points and strengths in a person. By finding and appreciating them, in other words, “looking for the good in them,” you can improve your relationship through the support of positive Ki.

5【Maintaining Distance】If the relationship does not improve no matter how hard you try, it may be necessary to maintain the necessary distance in order to maintain your own peace of mind.

It also takes time for the energy of Shinkiko to penetrate the negative Ki involved, so keep your distance from those with whom you have an unbreakable connection, and receive and send Ki slowly and patiently.

Even if you find it difficult to relate to people who “look down on you”,  this will change in time.

The important thing is to value yourself and respect the other person, which is the first step in true communication. This can be enhanced by using Shinkiko, and therefore is recommended.

Let’s Raise Our Ki Level and Send Light to Those Around Us

The other day, I had someone who wanted to send remote Shinkiko during the Shinkiko lesson on the 13th, as it is the “Obon” season.

This month, many people want to send Shinkiko to their ancestors who have passed away because it is the time of the Obon Festival, Hiroshima and Nagasaki Memorial Day, and the anniversary of the end of World War II.

We call it remote Shinkiko because we send Shinkiko energy to people who are far away. We can send Shinkiko energy not only to people who are actually alive, but also to those who have already passed away.

By the way, I explain that every person has Ki energy in their body.

There is no one without Ki.

If you are alive, you have Ki like an invisible light in your body, and it may vary in intensity, but it is light, so Ki is radiated around you, just as light from a miniature light bulb spreads in the dark.

I also believe that the direction and strength of Ki can be controlled by consciousness.

For example, if we focus our thoughts on someone, the more strongly we focus, the more Ki will be sent toward that person.

Therefore, the feeling of compassion and care we have for others, along with the positive Ki that is working to support them, causes the Ki light in our body to flow in that direction.

Conversely, resentment, envy, etc., reaches the targeted person through the dark Ki, with negative Ki that gathers from the surroundings.

When doing remote Shinkiko, you take the Shinkiko energy from space with Ki goods or High-Genki, and imagine the person you wish to send it to,  and it will reach them. It is very important to first focus on the light coming into you, and then to be aware of the other person (it is especially good if you can understand the person’s feelings).

For this reason, in the Shinkiko Retreatment Course, we have time to learn about the relationship between mind and Ki before practicing this remote Shinkiko.

Furthermore, in the Shinkiko Master Training, which is a 6-month 12-step course, we go one step further to make it more effective, and we ask people to fill in information about their ancestors and other people around them who have struggled or had similar experiences to themselves, what they know and what they can remember, so that we can feel the feelings of the person to whom we want to send Ki as much as possible. We try to get a sense of the feeling of the person to whom we want to send Ki.

The energy of Shinkiko enhances your own Ki, and when you are good, others become good, and when others are good, it comes back to you, and it is the universe’s way of guiding you so that everything shines brightly.

Raise Your Ki and Prepare for the Extreme Heat and ” Summertime Chill”!

  Hot weather is continuing.

The news is reporting that heat stroke alerts are the highest this year.

How is everyone doing? I am exercising by going for a walk in the early morning.

Last year I started drinking bitter gourd juice with Shinkiko Bio Concentrate. This year I received bitter gourd from my hometown, so I have been drinking it again.

(Bitter gourd is rich in nutrients and has many beneficial effects, such as boosting the immune system, and the Shinkiko Bio Concentrate is good for my stomach.)

However, you shouldn’t be taking only cold food just because it’s hot.

In such hot weather, we cannot live without air conditioning, which is the reason why our body tends to go out of shape.

Even when I don’t feel cold, my wife says it is too cold.

Due to the difference in the amount of muscle between women and men, women feel cold more quickly than men, so in offices with many men, there are many people who feel cold due to over-air-conditioning, which in some cases leads to physical problems.

In addition, when one is in an air-conditioned place for a long time, blood vessels contract to maintain body temperature, and the circulation of blood to the limbs becomes poor, which appears as “chill.” The body cannot keep up with the large temperature difference, which can lead to autonomic nervous system disorders and other symptoms.

If you feel cold or are unwell despite taking measures to prevent chill, you may be suffering from the effects of negative Ki.

This is because negative Ki tends to affect areas where blood flow is poor, worsening the symptoms and causing poor physical condition.

I regularly use a Healthy Ki Support for Belly at home.

Many of our members also use it as it is good for preventing chills in the summer.

Not only is it good in daytime, I have also received some comments that it has reduced the number of times they have to get up to go to the bathroom at night.

In my case, I have my wife apply the Head to my waist, back, and feet while warming them with a small electric blanket.

My body gets cold before I know it, so this seems to be a very good countermeasure for this time of year.

Let’s spend the hot summer in good shape by receiving Shinkiko and  raising our Ki!

PS: As announced in the monthly Hi-Genki magazine, we are holding a “Head Function Enhancement Campaign”.

We would like to thank all of you who have already expressed interest in this campaign.

We have received many requests asking if the old type 10x and 50x Stick Heads could be made 100x, and like other Stick Heads, we have decided to support this until the end of September, so please apply for this service.

What Are the Effects of Shinkiko?

There are many people who have taken their own lives because of online slander.

On the website of the Matsue District Legal Affairs Bureau, I read an interesting article titled “Words and Life” by Chieko Tamaoka, a third-year student at Misato Town Yamato Junior High School, which won an award in the “National Human Rights Essay Contest for Junior High School Students” in Japan.

Because the internet allows anonymous communication, irresponsible comments tend to spread.

Ms. Tamaoka pointed this out and said, “…I hope that everyone will take responsibility for what they say and continue to have a feeling of compassion. I hope that the verbal weapon of slander will soon disappear from this world.”

Recently, I too have seen some slanderous comments about Shinkiko.

A person who knew nothing about Shinkiko was responding to a person who was asking a question about Shinkiko. The person made a conclusion that “it sounds like a spiritual sales method,” and ended with an irresponsible statement, “I would stop it if I were you” without considering the reaction of the viewers.

The term “spiritual sales” has recently become popular in the world, and many people are probably very sensitive to it.

For those who don’t know, it may be difficult to understand how Shinkiko’s Ki comes out of a machine.

In the beginning, I myself was not the least bit interested in this Shinkiko which my father was practicing, as it had nothing to do with me.

But then, because of my own health problems, I started doing this Ki and realized that it was a good thing, so I joined SAS 30 years ago.

There are many therapies in the world that have no scientific proof, including acupuncture and moxibustion. Even if some of them are recognized by their long history, Shinkiko’s history of a maximum of 37 years can make it “dubious”.

Reassuringly, however, there is an academic article published by Dr. Nishimoto, who has experienced Shinkiko himself, concluding that “Hi-Genki is not a placebo effect,” and the SAS website has an excerpt in the section entitled “Double-blind Study Report”.

Furthermore, there have been many testimonials from people who have experienced the effect on physical pain, stress, improved relationships, inheritance problems, and other money problems, and I myself have been encouraged by these voices.

I believe that anything I say to people who don’t understand can only be misunderstood, so I tell them, “Please try it first.”

And for those who understand Ki, I try to explain carefully that “Human Ki is a spiritual thing”.

For your reference, I have posted the reviews of the experiences that we have received in this newsletter, categorized by symptoms.

Let’s Be Careful of Assumptions

Tomorrow, a 3-day/2-night Shinkiko Retreat Seminar in Azumino will start, so I will be on a business trip from today.

Last month, when I went to Aichi for a Retreat Seminar, I boarded the train earlier than the one I was supposed to take, because I didn’t check the information board properly at Shinagawa Station.

As soon as I sat down, a conductor asked me for my ticket, so I knew I made a mistake and was able to change trains at Shin-Yokohama without any trouble.

If it had been a little later, the train would not have stopped at the station on the way, and our schedule would have been drastically changed.

This is also due to positive Ki, but we should not always rely on it.

At that time, I said to myself to be careful of making assumptions.

By the way, it is said that as one gets older, one’s brain deteriorates, making it easier to make mistakes due to assumptions.

“Assumptions can distort reality and hinder correct judgment and action.

The older we get, the more likely we fall into this trap,” I read.

I think this means that as we age, our brains become less flexible and less capable of processing information, making us more prone to making assumptions, and I wondered how we can protect ourselves from this deterioration.

The first thing that comes to mind is to have a reflective mind.

It is important to check the tendency of our way of thinking.

We try to stay away from things we don’t like or dislike, so we need to reflect on that as well.

It is important to make an effort to keep learning in order to expand further knowledge and information.

I sometimes feel lazy too, but at such times I say, “No, no, wait” and try to take more time.

Furthermore, it is also important to communicate a lot with the people around you, especially those you trust, and try to reflect on yourself through them.

In my case, I receive a lot of good stimulation from my family, staff, and members.

I think the Retreat seminar is the best opportunity for this, because you get to talk to a lot of different people.

In addition, negative Ki, which wants us to fail, is looking for an opportunity to take advantage of us by trying to make us think bad things or things that will lead us to fail.

Therefore, it is important to take Shinkiko on a daily basis.

If you are concerned about someone around you who has strong assumptions, it is possible that they are being influenced by negative Ki and are unable to reflect on themselves, so I recommend that they receive Shinkiko from a Hi Genki head or other source.

Shinkiko That Changes Negative into Positive Ki

The other day, when I published a short video about “10 occupations that tend to receive negative Ki from others,” there were more viewers than I expected, which made me feel that it is of interest to many people.

People usually have the impression that negative Ki = bad things.

There are jobs that are easily influenced by negative Ki, but I’m not trying to say that they are bad.

As I mentioned at the end of this video, “If you are in one of these occupations, and you have problems such as continuous poor physical condition, please attend a seminar that raises your Ki level”. Even if negative Ki causes physical problems in the beginning, it can be a chance for that person to make a big change.

Those of you who have been practicing Sinkiko for many years know well that seemingly bad events are deeply connected with negative Ki.

When you bring in positive Ki from the outside with Shinkiko, the negative Ki is transformed into an invisible light called positive Ki, and you start to notice things, or your support increases and turns into good things.

I say “seemingly” bad, because you can learn something from a bad thing, which is a very good thing, and not only that, you can get more support. So negative Ki is not a bad thing, it’s just that the energy is temporarily lowered.

Negative Ki affects our relationship in many ways. Not only occupations, but also parents and children, married couples, colleagues, classmates and so on. It affects and worsens the relationship, making us feel down and distressed, and tries to expand its power.

Even in such times, let us focus our attention on how we can change, not on others.

We often receive positive Ki from others, such as thankfulness, joy, and fun.

Let’s keep our antennae up so that we can catch them.

When seemingly negative things happen, we all want to do something about it as soon as possible.

To do so, think carefully about what efforts you can make to solve the problem.

The only way is to minimize the amount of negative Ki you emit, keep receiving Shinkiko, and make efforts one step at a time, even though it may be painful.

Then one day, your vision will suddenly open up and you will feel at ease.

Believe in the support from the universe, Shinkiko, and keep going!

Let’s Take Ki into Our body

This month I chose the phrase “Let’s take Ki into our body” for my Ki picture.

This may seem like an ordinary thing for you.

But if you think about it carefully, you will realize that this is very important.

Today, I would like to talk about this.

By the way, do you know that the Ki transmitter, High Genki, has two functions (the main body function and the head function)?

Various Ki products are made according to which of these two functions is more emphasized.

The main body function is to collect Ki around the owner of the device, and the head function is to let Ki into the body of the user.

It may seem that either one of them is sufficient, but both are very important, and High Genki had both from the beginning.

With the High Genki, Ki enters the body when the head is applied, regardless of whether electricity is applied or not, and regardless of where the main device is located.

This is because the main device collects Ki energy from the universe and sends it to the owner’s surroundings.

The head catches it and sends it into the body through the point where the head touches the body, in a two-step process.

We are surrounded by negative Ki here and there, which gives us seemingly bad phenomena in our lives.

The energy of Shinkiko reaches such negative Ki and turns them into positive Ki, but because the energy of Shinkiko is too bright, it is difficult to directly enter the dark Ki.

Simply put, they are like water and oil, too different in nature to mix (light is not absorbed).

Our body is related to the negative Ki that relates to us, and it is relatively easy to enter, so it is efficient to gather more light around us as well as to take it into the body.

I have been conducting research on improving the functionality of both the body and the head functions, and looking back, I think that since 2000, I have been alternately improving the power of these two functions.

First, various types of heads, then the development of the HG2 power connector and HG3, then plates and plate boosters, and recently the enhancement of head functions such as HG6, 7, 8, and sheet heads.

Now that Ki around us is becoming more powerful, I feel it is very important to strengthen the head function to take Shinkiko into the body.

Turning Negative Ki into Positive by Writing

I recently spoke with a music critic, Ms. Reiko Yukawa, for an interview for next month’s issue of the monthly magazine Hi Genki. This is the second time I met Ms. Yukawa. The last time, about 20 years ago, we had an interview and she told me that she knew the late chairman well, so we talked about that. This time, in addition to talking about her book “Canary of the Times,” which was published last year, she told me about how she succeeded in conducting a solo interview with the Beatles on their first visit to Japan, and how she got Elvis Presley to kiss her and sign her marriage certificate. I also heard that those miraculous things came from “a strong desire” and that it was very important.

I explained that the world of art, not only music, but also painting, sculpture, dance, etc., transmits Ki energy. I call it “Ki” because you can’t tell whether it is there or not, and “energy” because it can change often, but it is very difficult to express something that we can only feel in words.

During the Chairman’s Session, I ask the participants to write down what is bothering them, and in the Shinkiko Retreatment Course, they are required to submit a daily report summarizing the day’s events.

The energy of Shinkiko reaches what you focus on. It is also good to talk about it, but by writing, which requires more energy, Ki reaches to the negative Ki that is closely related to our mindset.

You can also receive Shinkiko on Youtube. Before receiving Shinkiko, it is good to write down what is bothering you. If there are many, the focus will be blurred, so it is better to focus on just one thing at first. What you are concerned about may be the effects of negative Ki. What kind of negative Ki with a negative feeling is affecting you? Think of it as the influence of negative Ki rather than your own mind. Is it hard for you? Is it suffering? Is it anger? …As much as possible, try to find out what is the source of the negative mind.

When receiving Shinkiko, first imagine the invisible light of Shinkiko coming into your body from the outside. When you do so, you will switch to a state of receiving the energy of Shinkiko. Next, imagine that the light gathers around the negative Ki which you have written. Then the Ki will reach and you will gradually stop worrying about it.

Raise your Ki with Shinkiko

Recently, I have been learning to make short videos to share on social media. It is very difficult for me to say what I want to say in one minute. I usually have to think slowly while I speak, so if I speak normally, time runs out quickly. Practice is the key, and I find it interesting to try something a little new.

By the way, after I share videos, I receive comments from various people and I often learn a lot from them. One of the comments was “When we raise our Ki,  good things happen to us and those around us, but what should we do to raise our Ki?”  If you already have a Ki transmitting device or a Ki product, you would know that taking Shinkiko energy will raise Ki.

The energy from the universe called Shinkiko has a strong power to absorb in our Ki (also called Spirit) in the body. This has become a norm for me but this is actually a great thing because people in the past had to raise their Ki through practice.

Also, while the Ki energy of a living person is in the body, a dead person’s Ki energy is within the mind, in other words soul, and we cannot overlook the fact that Shinkiko energy reaches them as well as the living person.

For more than 30 years, I have heard various experiences from people who have used Shinkiko, and based on these experiences, I have been improving the Ki transmitting device and Ki products to make them more effective. I also raise my own Ki and give sessions to send Ki to various people. We offer online sessions in the U.S via ZOOM, one 30-minute session per month for $80. Next session will be held on June 8, 2023 and July 6, 2023, both from 6pm (EDT). If you are interested in raising your Ki and would like to attend, please contact tokyo@shiniko.com.

Raise your Ki during the Golden Week (Holiday in Japan) !

Golden Week is finally here! Have you made your plans yet? I heard a news report that the number of people is expected to increase for the first time in four years during this year’s Golden Week due to the continuous relaxation of measures against the coronavirus.

The large-scale events that have been forced to cancel will be brought back.

While the “With Corona” holiday season is progressing in a way that is compatible with measures against infection, the infection situation continues to remain high in all regions, and local governments are calling for thorough countermeasures.

By the way, according to a survey for this long holiday, many people said they would “do nothing” because it would be crowded wherever they go.

I suggested in my Iki-Iki Radio and Youtube channel, “If you haven’t made any plans yet, why don’t you take this opportunity to go to a place where you can raise your Ki?”

In this youtube video, I introduced five places to enhance your Ki during this Golden Week.

The first is a nature park, where there are a lot of positive Ki.

The second is hot springs, where you can soak in the relaxing hot spring and increase your Ki energy.

Third is mountain climbing, hiking, and taking a walk in the forest, where you can feel the energy of nature and get a sense of accomplishment.

The fourth is to go to the seashore, where the beautiful view of the ocean and the sound of the waves will help to increase your Ki energy.

The last is S.A.S. in various locations, where you can receive powerful positive Ki, Shinkiko.

The first four are ways to receive positive Ki in nature.

The point here is that since you are going to a good place, it is very important to be in tune with the positive Ki.

I have been saying that Ki has a vibrational nature, and it is important to have a feeling of “pleasantness” or “beauty” which attracts positive Ki, just like tuning a radio channel to receive radio waves.

Therefore, it would be good if we could go to the above mentioned places, but even for those who cannot go, we can do various things to adjust our frequency to positive Ki, depending on our ideas.

(1) Appreciate flowers in flower pots or on the side of the road, which can be found even in urban areas, (2) feel a pleasant breeze in your garden, (3) watch the sunrise or sunset, (4) change the time you take a bath or play music, or change the atmosphere to make your bath time more relaxed, (5) recall the time you once traveled by looking at pictures, etc., and try to feel the positive Ki (6) Listen to your favorite music…etc.

I hope you have a wonderful Golden Week.
