Improve your self-evaluation

Compared to when I was an office worker, I feel much less depressed. In general, self-evaluation often decreases due to failure and comparison with others, which can lead to a drop in Ki, or if you are already under the influence of negative Ki, and your self-evaluation remains low, you will become more and more negative Ki. Some people find themselves in a vicious cycle of collecting.

Today, I’d like to summarize some advice to improve your self-evaluation. First, recognize and celebrate your accomplishments, even the small ones. For example, by creating a list every day and praising yourself when you accomplish it, even if it’s a small thing, acknowledging your efforts will strengthen your positive energy and improve your self-esteem.

Second, change the negative dialogue you have with yourself into a positive one.Instead of thinking, “I’m not good enough,” when you fail, tell yourself, “I didn’t do well this time, but I can do better next time,” thereby reducing the influence of negative energy trying to bring you down.

Third, don’t compare yourself to others.Instead of looking at other people’s success and getting depressed, try comparing your past to your present and evaluate how much you’ve grown and progressed.

Fourth, by acknowledging your weaknesses and making efforts to improve them, you eliminate the possibility of negative energy taking advantage of you.For example, if you are not good at computers, try to improve your skills by attending classes.

In some cases, the negative energy of an ancestor who is blaming themselves for making a big mistake in the past and is in pain, or who is trying to lead others in that family into misfortune, may be a predisposition to lower self-esteem.

However, this will change, so please try practicing the above while receiving Shinkiko.

Remember our ancestors and take on challenges every day

Japan has a variety of traditional events, rites of passage, and rituals. At our house, we held a “first meal” for our son on the 100th day after he was born. This is a traditional event with a long history that has been held since the Heian period, and it is a prayer for healthy growth so that “you will never have to worry about food for the rest of your life.” I didn’t know much about it, so I learned a lot from it. Japan is a country with a rich history, but there are still many things we don’t know.

The existence of such things probably means that in the past, children often had trouble eating, and because medical care was not advanced, they often died soon after birth. Science was not advanced, there were no machines or things, and the challenges our ancestors faced, such as wars, epidemics, and natural disasters, may be greater than we can imagine today.

The strength and courage of our ancestors who survived such harsh times is the foundation that allows us to live peaceful and prosperous lives today, and even if we lose our bodies, we still have an abundance of Ki energy. I am receiving support from my ancestors who have given me a certain positive energy. There are some people who lose their soul energy and become negative Ki due to painful conditions, but all of us who are alive emit a light-like Ki, and that is the reason why. It is sent to such ancestors. Furthermore, if you receive the Ki energy of Shinkiko, you will be able to send a tremendous amount of Ki to your ancestors through yourself.

This time, I have summarized the things you should be aware of when sending Ki to such ancestors.

When sending Ki to a living person, imagining that person will help break down barriers and make it easier for Ki to pass through, but it is very important to know the background of how our ancestors lived. For example, you can learn about the hardships and joys of your ancestors by hearing stories about your family’s history from your grandparents and other relatives. I also recommend getting a certified copy of your expulsion from the register, as you can learn more about your ancestors up until the Meiji era. By learning about the era in which our ancestors lived and what kind of difficulties they faced, and thinking about it in our own terms, we can increase the things we are grateful for in our lives and develop the habit of being grateful for even the small things. It is to put it on. For example, delicious food, a safe place to live, and time with family and friends are things we take for granted, but by being grateful for these things every day, it becomes easier for the light to reach us.

More importantly, while we turn our thoughts to the hardships that our ancestors overcame, we ourselves must receive the Shinkiko as we face our daily challenges. By doing so, any negative energy will turn into light, and you will be able to receive support from many positive energies.

HG card will be released

Last weekend, we held our first retreat seminar of the year in Osaka. Thank you everyone. Through the participants, light reached many ancestors and predecessors. This will be my third retreat seminar in Osaka, and I will be learning not only about wars in an area with a long history, but also about the negative thoughts associated with business and money, as well as the many shrines and temples that many people rely on. For some reason, I felt that there was still a need for light.

This time, in order to receive a lot of ki, I had all the participants use the light head that I introduced last week, and I also introduced another newly developed HG card. It looks good, so I would like to release it as well and have it widely used as a product.

This HG card has the pyramid mark and serial number engraved on the back of the Shinkiko plate, and incorporates the essence of the Ki relay device Hi Genki into a single plate. The Ki relay device Hi Genki receives the energy of Shinkiko light through its body function, which is composed of a “relay” or SAS triple mark, and transmits the energy towards us through its head function, which is composed of a pyramid mark. It has become. This time, the Shinkiko plate has 1,000 SAS triple marks engraved on it, but on the back side, we have engraved a pyramid mark with a laser to add a high-quality head function. In other words, it incorporates both the main body function and head function into a single plate, and can be said to be the basic module of High Genki, so we named it the HG card.

By putting a serial number on each piece and registering who owns it, the individual can be identified and the ki will be relayed.

It became something completely different from the Shinkiko plate. These are made one by one by burning the pyramid mark and serial number with a laser, but we cannot make them in large quantities, so we will sell them only to members as they are limited edition.

How much Ki relay is there? I received a question during this retreat seminar. Does something like this give you energy? It is not possible to make a simple comparison because people’s thoughts are related to the amount of Ki absorbed, such as when receiving Ki without doubting that the amount of Ki absorbed decreases. The Hi Genki type 2 was equipped with a power seat to strengthen the functions of the main unit, but even if you use that main unit, it is equivalent to about 10 irradiation heads. With my own sense of hope, I answered the questioner, “Maybe 5 times more than the HG2 model?” I think it will differ from person to person, so I would like many people to try it out.

Starting today, I’m starting a new YouTube channel for the general public. There will be two broadcasts today at 18:00 and 20:00 (Japan Time). This is the channel address. https://www.youtube.com/@shinkiko-nakagawa

Light head released

As I mentioned in the Shinkiko lesson, I have decided to release a light head that I made for the participants to use in this Shinkiko retreat seminar that starts today. The name of this light head is a combination of the English word “Light”, which means “light” because it is light and powerful, and “Light”, which means “light” because it evokes the image of a long and narrow tunnel of light.

The internal structure is similar to a seat head. The seat head is made of a pyramid etched sheet and an SAS triple mark etched sheet covered with silicone rubber and laminated on a flat surface, but this light head is made of an acrylic pipe with a length of 25 cm and a diameter of 25 mm, and the same number of pyramids as the seat head. Only the etched sheets are stacked and rolled up, and both ends are sealed with stainless steel caps. Since the photo-etched sheet with the triple mark is removed, it is lighter and can be sold at a slightly lower price.

The reason why we were able to omit the SAS triple mark etching sheet is that the triple mark can now be engraved around the stainless steel cap. This is the minimum triple mark, so if possible, those who use this head should use plates together to achieve the full effect. However, by last year, plates such as the Shinkiko plate and plate boosters had become popular, and the power of your High-enki has progressed, and many Ki goods that use the triple mark etching have come into use. This effect is probably a big factor.

In order to relieve the stiffness in my wife’s back and shoulders due to childcare fatigue, I lined up five light heads on top of the futon, laid her body on her back, and used the seat head, white ceramic head, When I used a large plate, etc., I had the impression that the negative energy was easily dislodged, as if passing through the acrylic pipe of the light head and heading towards the world of light.

Also, this head is light and feels good on the skin, so I tried rubbing the light head on my 3-month-old son’s body and head, and rolling it over his body. Perhaps because he was in a good mood, he was smiling and the head was long at 25 cm, so I found it very easy to use. In this way, it is possible to get the same effect at a lower price than the seat head, so we decided to sell it because we thought, “There must be someone who needs this.”

We plan to have the participants of the retreat seminar starting today use it as a monitor. If I receive any experiences, I would like to share them at a later date.

Also, once the retreat is over, we will send it to each center so everyone can pick it up and use it. In that case, we would appreciate it if you could try it in combination with various plates, seat heads, or other heads.

Expand your field of vision

The other day, while I was making coffee in the kitchen, I accidentally hit my head on the cupboard door. This may be a bit careless, but it can also be seen as a message to “Expand your field of vision,” so today I thought about the idea of narrowing your field of vision.

By the way, when your field of vision becomes narrow, various inconveniences and problems may occur. From a ki perspective, negative ki narrows your field of vision, and first of all, it makes it easy to overlook new opportunities and possibilities. This can cause us to miss out on various opportunities that appear in the form of positive energy support. Second, the ability to see things from different angles is reduced and creativity is limited, which can lead to a lack of problem-solving and new ideas. Third, prejudice and preconceptions become stronger, which can lead to misunderstandings about people and have a negative impact on relationships. Furthermore, clinging to one’s own limited perspective can increase stress and dissatisfaction, make it easier to miss opportunities to learn new knowledge and skills, and hinder one’s personal growth. Therefore, trying to broaden your field of vision is important in order to avoid negative energy and live a more fulfilling life.

By the way, what causes narrow vision? If you think about where there are opportunities for negative Ki influences to take advantage of you, the first thing that comes to mind is mental and physical stress and fatigue. Furthermore, if you repeat the same thing every day or rely only on a specific source of information and feel safe, negative energy can unknowingly prevent you from noticing new perspectives, or create fear and preconceptions about new things. I will.

Therefore, in your daily life, you should receive sufficient Shinkiko to make yourself less susceptible to negative Ki, but you should also be careful not to narrow your field of vision, and take steps to broaden it. It’s about not neglecting your efforts.

To do this, you can gain new perspectives by gaining experiences that are different from your everyday life, interacting with various people, reading books, etc. I hope that you will make good use of the Shinkiko Retreat seminar, Shinkiko Lessons, as well as this newsletters and High Genki magazine.

Also, by reflecting on your daily actions and thoughts, you will be able to understand the limits of your own field of vision and make efforts to exceed them. In our retreat seminar we ask participants to reflect on their day and write down a vow for tomorrow, but keeping a diary, for example, also allows you to look at your thoughts and actions objectively.

I have briefly listed some countermeasures, but I hope that everyone will make an effort to “expand your field of vision” this year.

May the year of 2024 bring you lots of light, happiness and smile

Happy New Year! Since the beginning of the year, heart-wrenching events have continued, including the earthquake in Noto and the accident at Haneda Airport. We would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone involved. We can’t afford to attract more negativity. I will support you so that you can shine even more this year by using the Shinkiko that turns negative into positive, so I look forward to your continued support this year.

By the way, Murasaki Shikibu is the main character in this year’s NHK Taiga drama. I often saw the word “shining”. The energy of Shinkiko from the universe is like invisible light that permeates a person’s body and supports them to shine even more. The start of a new year is a great time to set new goals and develop yourself. Here are some points to help you improve yourself efficiently and bring out your best self.

The first step to growth is to deeply understand yourself. Think deeply about your strengths, weaknesses, things you enjoy and don’t like, things you care about, values, passions and pleasures, preferences, personality, etc. When you think about it from the perspective of Ki, there are things that are influenced by positive Ki and negative Ki, so understanding this will deepen your understanding. For example, if you look back on your daily emotions and reactions and feel angry about certain things, could that also be influenced by Ki? By thinking about this while receiving Shinkiko, you can understand the sufferings of related ancestors and deepen your self-awareness.

The best thing to do about yourself is to improve your positive aspects and reduce your negative aspects, but set specific goals for both and make a plan to achieve them. When you use specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound criteria, you are less susceptible to negative energy. For example, set goals such as “Start a new 〇〇 within 6 months” or “Focus on 〇〇 emotions, receive daily Shinkiko and sessions, and attend Retreat seminar in 〇 months.” and be as specific as possible. Make a plan.

Furthermore, daily habits are important in order to avoid the influence of negative energy and achieve your plans. For example, acquire positive habits that will help you reach your goals, such as receiving Shinkiko from 7am every morning or setting aside time to read.

Gaining new knowledge or making an effort to remember something in this way makes it easier to receive the support of positive energy and keeps negative energy away. Actively seek out new hobbies and learning opportunities on an ongoing basis. In order to make 2024 a wonderful year in which you all shine, we will be sending energy from Osaka to next Saturday’s Shinkiko lesson. Please join us.

The last Shinkiko news of 2023

“This month is Ki Strengthening Month, from the online mini-Retreat seminar at the beginning of the month to the Shinkiko members’ gathering on the 24th.” All that remains is the members’ gathering in Tokyo on Sunday, but how are you all doing?

For those who have taken the Shinkiko Retreat seminar, I would like you to remember the seminar and focus on your body and mind while increasing your Ki. At the seminar, before eating a meal, we all recite a pledge called the “Pledge to Absorb Nutrients.” This is the vow that is recited the most, so those who have taken the seminar will remember it. “I have come to know that nutrition means to absorb the good and reject the unnecessary.  I have come to know that it is wisdom granted by the grace of Nature, and that my body itself understands what is good or bad to accept into itself. From now on, in accordance with my inner wisdom, I will strive to take in what is suitable and necessary and to eliminate what is unsuitable and unnecessary. …”

It may seem like an obvious word, but it also has a deep meaning. You can replace energy with nutrition, what is good for you is positive energy, and what is bad for you is negative energy, and by steadily incorporating positive energy, you can close your relationship with negative energy. It means to go away. It is said that it is wisdom that knows what is good and what is bad, but this is due to the support of Shinkiko energy and the support from positive energy, and the wisdom that all people inherently have is effective. I think it works.

Taking in nutrients never ends in maintaining your body. The Ki energy in the human body is connected to the infinitely expanding world of Ki, so there is no end to increasing Ki. Therefore, in order to raise your own Ki, it is a good idea to take in the nutrition of Ki while exercising your wisdom.

By the way, this year, following the release of the sheet head, we held a campaign to strengthen the functions of the head. The main function of the Ki relay device is to collect the energy of Shinkiko around the person who owns it and those around them, and the head function is to inject the energy of Shinkiko into the body. There is a lot of Shinkiko energy coming into you, so I would like you to utilize it and use your “wisdom” to further distance yourself from negative Ki. We will be talking about this at the members gathering from Tokyo on the 24th, so please join us.

The next weekly Shinkiko News will be distributed on the 5th of the new year. It’s a little early, but for those of you who won’t be able to meet me on the 24th, I would like to say “Happy New Year!” and thank you again this year.

Negative energy is accumulated without you even knowing it

As we will be announcing in the upcoming issue of Hi-Genki Magazine, we will be opening a new store in the Tokyo area next to the Toshima Ward Office, a 2-minute walk from the office we moved to in November.

The new store is located on the first floor along the road and is a bright space with large windows. We will operate a cafe here, which will not only be used as a waiting area and a place for members to socialize, but will also be available to the general public. In addition, four individual session rooms will be installed at the back of the store, creating a private space where you can receive the energy of Shinkiko.

In addition to selling Ki goods and Ki devices, called High-Genki the cafe will also function as a showroom where you can relax and enjoy sweets and tea, and we also plan to hold seminars and talks about Shinkiko. The session room can be reserved in hourly increments, and we hope that members will be able to use it freely, not only for self-use or sessions conducted by staff, but also for family and acquaintances to use various High-Genki Ki devices and Ki goods. The new store will undergo renovation work until February, and an opening ceremony will be held on February 23rd, a public holiday.

In this way, we hope that this new space will expand the role of the center and be used by many people as a place for the exchange of good energy. In addition, from the Tokyo Center, we have a temporary Ki space at Toshima Civic Center and other locations, so we hope that you will also be able to attend a trial session.

By the way, with this move, we were able to do a major decluttering. I always say, “The characteristic of negative energy is that it tries to influence you without noticing,” and in that sense, I was completely defeated. There were a lot of things I no longer used, things I had but had forgotten about.

This time, we were able to organize it, throw away unnecessary items and return them to the earth, and give usable items new opportunities. The crystals and Ki goods that were lying dormant in the warehouse are being sold as a bargain at a thank-you sale.

Moving to a new office has helped me feel refreshed, but I do feel sad about things that aren’t used or paid attention to. Do you have things in your home that have been forgotten, such as old documents and receipts, clothes you no longer wear, and memorabilia you never use?

At this time of the year, in order to keep away the influence of negative energy and change the new year in a positive direction, why not try decluttering, even if it’s just a little bit, if you can’t do it on a big scale.

As the anniversary of the founder’s (my father’s) death approaches, I remember the trouble I caused him.

Currently, my family is being swayed by the pace of my son, who is almost 50 days old. The postpartum helpers have really helped me. When my son suddenly cries out loud, I’m really at a loss as to what to do. In my case, my “enjoyable training” has only just begun, but I am reminded of many things about when I was little.

I can imagine that I must have caused a lot of trouble for my parents. I’m embarrassed to say this myself, but I’m a big crybaby, and I think I cried even harder than my son. What I vaguely remember is that I would often annoy my mother by crying so hard in a department store, and that I would cry just by going into the hospital.

It’s almost the anniversary of the founder’s death (December 11th), but I think what really bothered me was that I cried because my father wasn’t enough and my mother wasn’t there.

At the time, my father probably wondered what was wrong with me being such a crybaby, even though I was a man.

It is said that you can only appreciate your parents once you become a parent, but once you experience it yourself, other people’s affairs become your own, and your gratitude for others increases dramatically, and you begin to see the wonderful things in others. It often comes.

You can understand stories like this if you experience them yourself, but even if you don’t experience them, how much can you learn to think about things from someone else’s perspective? I believe this is the key to self-growth and the ability to build richer relationships with others.

Even if you don’t actually experience it, there are things you can do just by listening to stories and thinking about it, so I’d like to share what I try to do.

First, listen carefully to what the other person is saying and try to understand.

I try not only to listen to the other person’s words, but also to empathize with them by feeling their emotions and background, including their ki perspective.

I also think it’s important to think about things from the perspective of people who are in a different position than you, even in everyday life.

For example, imagine how someone feels about the people they see on their commute to work or the events reported on the news. I also do the same thing when talking about people who have already passed away, that is, talking about negative energy. In addition, we assume a specific person and think or make inferences based on that person’s thoughts, feelings, things they see, and actions.

For example, my mother-in-law left her distant hometown to live with her sisters. When you receive advice from a wife who is experiencing pain in her relationship with her mother-in-law, by thinking about it from that person’s perspective, you can gain deeper understanding and empathy, and make it easier for good energy to reach you. I feel like it is.

Gain a lot of energy through good energy exchanges!

In our monthly Shinkiko retreat seminar, we talk about how the participants come together because of positive energy.

Each person has been brought together to have a positive influence on each other, in other words, to have a good relationship with each other, so we try not to waste that opportunity as much as possible.

Also, even if you don’t attend our retreat seminar, if you can charge your Ki and emit good energy, you will meet more people who can have a positive influence on you.

December is a time when we often come into contact with other people for various occasion, such as year-end parties and Christmas parties, so I would like to share some advice to help you feel the value of interaction so that you don’t miss the chance to learn new things.

For example, through interactions at our center and sharing at seminars, you may gain new perspectives and ideas, or even focus on things you are not conscious of.

The important thing here is that by becoming aware of it, it becomes easier for the light to reach the negative energy involved, and it becomes easier to receive support from the positive energy, which has a big impact on one’s own growth. It makes an impact.

So, if you are not used to interacting with people you don’t know well, start with small steps.

For example, at a center, you can start with a simple self-introduction, greeting, and light conversation.

By building a relationship little by little, your interactions will naturally become more enjoyable.

At that time, finding common interests is one way to promote interaction.

For example, having a conversation with someone who has the same hobbies and interests will be more natural and enjoyable, and by being able to empathize with similar concerns, you can turn negative energy into positive energy.

So try to find some common topic.

Also, in order to receive positive Ki support, it is important to maintain a positive attitude toward interactions.

Is there any point in actively participating in conversations with others, being open-minded, and listening to what others have to say without taking anything negative? By thinking positively, you can maximize the value of your interactions.

It’s also a good idea to put yourself in such situations regularly and practice.

If you notice even the slightest change in yourself, you will receive even more support.
