Forget the important thing

The other day, I left my house to meet someone, but I completely forgot something important to give to that person, so I had to go back to get it. I was wasting my time when I didn’t have the time otherwise.

Furthermore, there were three items that my wife asked me to buy at a nearby convenience store, but while I added two items to the one item I had at the beginning, I completely forgot about the one item that I didn’t remember much about. As soon as I got home, my wife said to me, “What are you doing?” and I had to go out and buy it again. This week was a week where I was keenly aware of what it means to “forget.”

In this column last week, I talked about how important it is to make efforts to reduce wasted time in order to avoid being overwhelmed by negative energy, but it’s easy to forget and take advantage of negative energy. You need to be careful because you are creating gaps to negative energy.

There are many types of forgetting, including “good forgetting.” It can be a bad thing or a bad experience, such as someone saying something negative about you. For example, you may feel depressed after a failure, but then you forget something…this kind of “forgetfulness” is good forgetfulness. However, negative energy is something that makes the person worry about things and doesn’t let them forget. I too sometimes remember something unpleasant that my wife said to me, and think to myself, “Why haven’t I forgotten it? It’s all because of my negative energy.”

Also, I can’t help but think that “forgetting important things” is caused by negative energy.  As mentioned above, it leads to a loss of time, makes you panic, makes you lose confidence, makes you anxious, etc. It pulls your mind negatively and attracts even more negative energy.

Considering this, when thinking about ways to avoid being affected by negative energy when it comes to forgetting things, the first thing to do is to not worry about forgetting things, and to try to improve little by little, even if you forget things. If you try to improve your memory in a game-like manner and include elements of fun, you will be able to continue playing without stress. It may also be a good idea to ask for help from those around you. It is also important to ask your family and friends for help, such as by asking them to tell you what you have forgotten.

Forgetfulness is something we all experience as we age, but it doesn’t have to be something you give up on. In my case, the reason I lost was because I didn’t pay much attention to it, so I should have taken notes. It seems that you can maintain your memory by taking various measures, such as taking notes, keeping things organized, and adjusting your daily rhythm. The important thing is to find a method that suits you and continue to do so without giving in to negative energy.
