Awareness opens up the future

No matter what people say to us, we tend to quickly forget or let it go unheeded.

This is said to be a characteristic of the human brain…

For example, if someone tells us, “You should go to bed a little earlier,” we might say, “You’re right,” but it doesn’t really seem to make sense to us, so we can’t really accept it in the truest sense of the word.

This unfortunate reaction tends to be directed not only at criticism from others, but also at our own inner voice.

It would be good if you could become aware of the problem and make improvements, but simply doing something because you were told to do so does not lead to real action.

The influence of negative Ki is also involved in this.  If you continue to carry daily stress and negative emotions, you will resonate with it and attract negative Ki, which will make you unable to listen to the positive Ki that is working to support you.

The energy of Shinkiko from the universe raises the Ki of the person who receives it, thereby transforming negative Ki into positive.

Receiving Shinkiko will increase your “power of awareness,” so I hope you will use Hi Genki on a daily basis and make an effort to always be recharged with positive Ki.

Furthermore, to deepen your own awareness, for example, you can practice looking at your own actions and emotions objectively by writing a diary or taking time at the end of the day to reflect on “what you learned today.”

Also, when a problem arises, it’s important to have a positive attitude and think, “Maybe there’s something I need to realize.”  When the energy of  Shinkiko penetrates into your soul, you’ll suddenly have a “sudden realization.”

To do this, it’s important to make time every day to quiet your mind and receive Ki, and to focus your attention inward.

Also, the more you try to get others to notice something, the more they will resist you and the more difficult the problem will become.

As the saying goes, “preaching to the horse’s ear” – blindly telling them won’t get them.

It is important to be patient and wait for them to notice something by asking questions, rather than pointing it out directly.

The key to opening the other person’s heart is to patiently wait while encouraging awareness.

To do this, above all, you yourself must receive Shinkiko fully.

There is no end to awareness.

What is required is to aim higher, become aware and seek to change, in other words, to further increase the brilliance of your soul.

With the energy of Shinkiko and daily practice, we can sharpen the antennae of our hearts and become ever more sensitive to “moments of awareness” in ourselves and others.
