In particular, for women in their 40s and 50s, fluctuations in female hormones can affect the autonomic nervous system, often manifesting as lethargy or a general sense of weariness. Furthermore, even if one believes they are getting enough sleep, habits such as using a smartphone before bed or maintaining an irregular daily routine frequently compromise sleep quality. The fundamental approach is to prioritize a regular daily rhythm, high-quality sleep, and a balanced diet.

However, if you still feel a lingering sense of unease or lack of clarity despite improving your lifestyle habits, there may be another cause rooted in the concept of Ki (life energy). The fact is, in our daily lives, we are constantly—and often unknowingly—affected by various forms of negative Ki. Invisible energies—such as stress from relationships, the Ki of a particular place, or the influence of ancestors and those around us—can gradually deplete our own Ki.

When you harbor lingering feelings of blame, anger, or worry, you become more prone to attracting negative energy. A state of diminished energy is much like a smartphone with a low battery: you can still move and function, but you feel strangely heavy and unable to perform at your full potential. Furthermore, this creates a vicious cycle where that very state makes you even more susceptible to attracting further negative energy.

From the perspective of Ki (life energy), the first step is to receive Shinkiko to recharge and elevate your own energy. As you recharge, not only does your physical vitality return, but your mindset becomes more positive, making you less likely to attract negative energy. People who undergo sessions often report feeling physically lighter or sleeping soundly for the first time in a long while; these are clear signs that your energy is being replenished and the effects of negativity are fading. Additionally, making a conscious effort to look for the good in things and letting go of worry or the urge to find fault are vital habits for protecting your own energy.

If you feel a lingering sense of fatigue, it may actually be a sign—from the perspective of Ki—that you need to recharge immediately. I encourage you to try incorporating Ki recharging via Shinkikou while also maintaining healthy lifestyle habits. We hope you will first experience the difference for yourself at one of our centers or at a trial session held in your area.

Someone who attended a free trial session shared this with me: “Nothing specific happened, but somehow I just can’t seem to shake off my fatigue.” In fact, I hear this kind of complaint very often—both from people at trial sessions and from members who come for my sessions. “My body feels heavy in the morning … Continue reading The Real Cause of That Lingering Fatigue

[3

post-613","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-masatonakagawablog
["GET
