Everyone lives their days supported by positive energy.
However, when negative energy concentrates and gathers rapidly, unexpected bad things can happen.
Furthermore, when negative energy begins to receive the energy of Shinkiko and light begins to reach it, there is something called a “healing crisis,” where seemingly bad things occur as if the negative energy is resisting.

In both cases, it’s important to overcome the challenges with a strong heart.
So, what exactly is a strong heart?
A hint can be found in the “Cleaning Pledge” in the textbook of the daily principles for a quality life style: “A cleansed mind-heart is a mind-heart without desire…”
I believe this “heart that does not seek” is the essence of a strong heart.
We tend to seek something else.
The energy of Shinkiko is merely support and encouragement.

Simply hoping “something will happen” without taking any action makes it difficult for positive energy to lend its support.

The light of Shinkiko from the universe will support you when you yourself take action to overcome negative energy—that is what a strong and pure heart is.

The “finding the good” exercise we do in our retreat seminar is also an important practice for cultivating a strong heart.
The very attitude of trying to find the good cultivates a heart that will not be defeated by negative energy.

However, when you can only see bad things in front of you, I recommend looking back at your past self. You overcame a serious illness. You managed to get through a serious trouble.

…Everyone has surely had one or two such experiences. This is because, supported by positive energy, you were able to overcome negative energy.
The fact that you are alive today means that you possess a light-like energy within your body and are emitting light to those around you.
This also means that you have already been continuously overcoming the negative energy that tries to extinguish your light.
Therefore, there is no reason why you cannot overcome this challenge as well.
When you think and act in this way, the energy of true energy will surely support you.
Especially during difficult times, I hope you will consciously strengthen your heart and align your wavelength with positive energy.

In the lectures of the Shinkiko retreat seminar, we explain an indicator for purifying the mind, classifying the state of mind into two categories: “a mind that attracts positive energy” and “a mind that easily attracts negative energy.” The first word in describing a mind that attracts positive energy is “strong,” which refers to the … Continue reading Open up the future with a strong heart and positive energy.

[3

post-587","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-masatonakagawablog
["GET
