{"id":315,"date":"2024-08-02T17:42:43","date_gmt":"2024-08-02T08:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shinkiko.com\/en-blog\/?p=315"},"modified":"2024-08-02T17:42:43","modified_gmt":"2024-08-02T08:42:43","slug":"lets-focus-on-what-were-doing-for-the-first-time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shinkiko.com\/en-blog\/2024\/08\/02\/lets-focus-on-what-were-doing-for-the-first-time\/","title":{"rendered":"Let&#8217;s focus on what we&#8217;re doing for the first time"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I took my son to a children&#8217;s center for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My wife wanted me to play in a spacious area, but at one point I refused, saying it would be too hot and troublesome, but then I reconsidered and decided to try it for the first time, thinking, \u201cThis is where my negative energy comes from.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I learned a lot when I went there, and it was a great experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New things are inherently exciting, but why do they feel like a \u201ctrouble\u201d? &nbsp;When we look into it, we find that our bodies always try to maintain a certain state (homeostasis), and new situations can disrupt this balance, so our brains fear change and try to maintain the status quo. &nbsp;It seems that there are times when we try to avoid danger by giving priority to others, and based on information our brains have obtained from past experiences, we create various fears such as the possibility of failure or the possibility of not being appreciated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s more, people psychologically try to conserve energy to adapt to new situations, or the belief that \u201cI can&#8217;t do it\u201d from past experiences or the negative energy attracted by failure experiences get in the way. &nbsp;It pulls your mind in a negative direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, while receiving Shinkiko, \u2460 set small goals and achieve them little by little, \u2461 when you feel fear, accept it instead of avoiding it, \u2462 see failure as a step towards success, \u2463 get a new perspective by consulting people around you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By taking a step without fear of change through measures such as these, you will be able to keep away the negative energy that does not want the person to grow, and it will be easier to receive the support of positive energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, you want to start something new, but where should you start? &nbsp;For those who are confused, I will give you some hints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Dig into your interests and things what you like \u2460 What did you admire when you were a child? \u2461 What do you usually enjoy or are addicted to? \u2462 What are you good at and what do you often get praised for? \u2463 What do you want to know more about or learn? &#8230;By looking back on these things, you may make unexpected discoveries and find hints for new challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Start with something familiar \u2460 Try a new dish \u2461 Try a different route to work or school \u2462 Read a new book \u2463 Listen to new music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;It&#8217;s a good idea to start small and gradually expand your range of challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being able to try new things can enrich your life by expanding your possibilities, relieving stress, and expanding your relationships with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The point is to have fun. &nbsp;There is also positive energy support, so let&#8217;s keep an eye on things we do for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I took my son to a children&#8217;s center for the first time.
